What is a platform you think is often/easily abused? There's many, though what comes to mind is Snapchat. If something unsavory happens in private messages, people are less prone to screenshotting evidence as it alerts the other party. Some abusers like the platform because of disappearing messages
I feel any of the random chat apps are the most abused. You get linked up with random people all over the world, then move on to the next one. Messages disappear, apps hidden, disappearing messages. Signal, Telegram and WhatsApp are abused too, as they have those features.

Yes, but only by a couple years.
