I'm trying to convince my parents to go to a barn. They don't really like it and they want me to be in a more relaxed environment since I have anxiety. I really miss riding their and my friends at that barn. How can I convince them to move back their?
show them proof that horses help anxiety which they do
How high were u showing in this week on Carl :)
1.40
yeah I mean just the children's, I get it now, my common sense wasn't really working lol
haha
So I like always ride in riding shirts but yesterday I rode in a riding t shirt and it say what a ride on it and it's super thin and comfy. I know it dosent look that professional but do you think it would look unprofessional if I wore it at home more? I would never wear it to a lesson or anything
I don't wear them cause I get tan lines
this might be a stupid question but what's the (height) difference between high children's and high juniors?
like a lot haha and what's the high children's? you mean the children's?
can Carl do Grand Prix?
depends. he can do the smaller ones
Is a meter 30 high
yea
Im 14 and the highest I've jumped is 2'6 is that a good place to be? I feel like 10 year olds have jumped higher than me :(
After the 1.40 classes at shows u will start to compete in the 1.50 ?
yea ill probably have to find another horse tho
You are showing 1.40 or 1.30 classes ?
both
name all the horses you've owned or leased
there's too many
Do your tailored sportsmanship ever unzip?
no
my horse is always super fresh. he's obviously prepped at shows but at home riding him just isn't fun. I have to fight to get the numbers and I feel like I'm hurting him. how should I slow him down at home? he goes on our hot walker and has turnout in a small paddock but that isn't enough!
check feeding and maybe switch up his home bridle/ bit. also do trot poles before the jump and make him trot the jumps. do small circles. take and give
