course at home 1.50 and up. course at show 1.35m. biggest single was 1.60 and up ish

HELP I have a show tomorrow I'm jumping 3 ft in jumpers super hard courses just the way the turn are set up and we've practice them and knocked the same exact Rails. My strides are good until my horses goes crazy and takes off towards the jump and he gets too far under them any advice ?
try to really hold him until that short distance becomes a bit bigger, giving him more space. if you have to do wider turns and really stay calm. try to work your distances with his craziness and don't force anything

Do you think someone would take a catch ride on a TB? Mine is super talented (and doesn't even look like a tb) but I'm not ready to do the heights that he is yet. He's really difficult to ride but if you can ride him he beats out every horse he goes against!!

my show horses travel with me to shows. and the other ones take a break basically
To the person asking about horses pulling back, rope halters work great! Once they try to pull back and realize they can't break off the halter they will usually stop and be afraid to pull back again.
