today I really lost my confidence showing. it was my first time in 3'3 and I was nervous. I got scores in the 70s, so it wasn't terrible rounds. but the girls i competed again were amazing.. now I feel like a failure to my trainer and parents. what should I do to build back for tomorrow?
tell your self it's okay! watch the girl that won the class and aim for that. see it as an opportunity and not a defeat
