what do you suggest I do when my horse won't stop cantering after jumps? like I sit up and pull back but he won't stop even when I circle him and stuff. my trainer just says sit up, which I do and he doesn't go that fast I just can't get him to trot and then walk. any ideas?

Do you ride in pads or tampons? I just got my period for the first time and I have a clinic this week and I don't know what to do :((
I mean either. pads can leak a lot but a tampon can be uncomfortable to some. I would try to wear one
