First of all, I'm that someone 🌚
Secondly how I feel? Well...
I think, I'm empathetic and I understand the importance of space.

My mind works non stop so it's hard to fall asleep for me, often I'd end up scrolling, the same can be happening to the other person.
They next person can be having more important things to do rather than chatting with me.
I think I've matured enough to understand that 24/7 conversation or contact is not equal to love and respect the other person has for you.

Is the phrase "I'm too busy to text back" valid? Or do you think no one can ever be that busy?

I know people will talk about priorities and all and that's true. You should be your own priority before anyone else. If your mind tells you to stop and relax for a while, you need to take that time for no-one but yourself. Sounds selfish? Here's the truth my love, you can't pour from an empty cup. So take your time, feel good and then spread that happiness among others wholeheartedly.
