This anxiety is normal,this bewilderment is normal,this fear is normal,happens to all of us,you're only human but don't let toxicity from your past blemish your present and your future.Effort is what you need in your life.You need to countenance your past,stop worrying about it,try to make your present better.You need to rekindle that verve you've lost.
