Are you finding it hard to come up with 31 movies for your October marathon, or instead finding it hard to limit it to only 31 movies for it?

Not at all- and I'm not limiting myself to 31! It's AT LEAST 31 movies. I'll probably top out around 45 or so like last year.

Wow, so you decided to keep watching Nathan For You?! What episode made you look past his "he needs to be punched in the face" attitude?

I watched enough eps to figure out that the "he needs to be punched in the face" thing is his whole character. Great show.

What movies do you have on queue?

Waaaay too many to list. 31 days of horror coming up, so I am planning my 31 (at least) horror films to watch!

What kind of laptop do you use and what do you like about it?

I use a Mac my work gave to me. I like that it's free and I don't have to maintain it.

What are some common emotions that an important man like yourself goes through on the job on a normal day? Stress? Pride? Satisfaction? Or is the entire spectrum?

Stress is an everyday thing in TV. It's a lot about being CRAZY busy or having nothing to do and worrying about that. Television is an oddly feast or famine type of job. There are all kinds of emotions involved, always!

Does Seinfeld need a Blu Ray release?

YES but I'd be happy if I could just stream it on Netflix or Hulu or Amazon. I have the whole series on DVD but it's a pain ripping them out of the boxes every time.

What shows are you watching right now?

The Strain (junk but watching Cuz 'pocalypse), Boardwalk Empire, The Bridge, and soon The Walking Dead. Also catching up on Nathan For You and Review, both brilliant. Probably going to re-watch HANNIBAL seasons one and two.

What do you think about Swizz Beatz? Is he one of the top rap producers still when he does his thing

I like his beats, but he's been off for a while now and I really really don't ever need to hear his voice. CLASSIC run in the Ruff Ryders days.

do you play Phoenix Wright? do you like them?

I've played two of them I think? They're fun, I'm not big on puzzle games though.

Are there any films that you didn't initially "get" but which stayed with you regardless? I think those are at times the most powerful ones since you keep going over them in your head trying to make sense of them. I still remember watching 2001 and Holy Mountain and being "wow, what was that?"

One really notable one is Coens' THE BIG LEWBOWSKI, which threw me for a loop after FARGO. I didn't "get" it the first time I saw it in the theater, but returned to it on video and watched it again, and it clicked. Now it's one of my favorite films of all time, and my second favorite Coens movie.

If you could do a bump for AS with an Aphex Twin song of your choice, what song would you pick?

Wooooow frankly there are waaay too many for me to just pick one. He's one of my top five artists of all time. I'm kind of obsessed.

Never. I just don't always have the time to listen the way I'd like to.

LEAST favorite? Probably Mickey. Since the reboot, anyway.
