I mean should we prosecute animals and humans who kill and eat other animals for murder?
I mean there are animals classed as NON HUMAN PERSON

my heart goes out too the mum&dad of the twin boys that drowned in the pond in their rented hime in fyfe (scotland). they were miracle IVF babies. i wouldn't like too be going though that they are!!

I'm not trying to justify it I'm just correcting you because you're wrong about the law doesn't mean I agree with it but that's the law

Sigh, The law with a teacher/student relationship is different from general adult having sex with children

Why?
Because a full investigation of the school and other teachers needs to be done.
Every single person in the school who was close or had the teacher would need to give a statement if they witnessed or had experienced anything.
Whereas an adult / child it would only be people the adult and child are affiliated with.
Not a whole school that contains on average 1800 kids and 400 adults.

The actual law in the UK for sexual consent "It is an offence for a person aged 18 or over to have any sexual activity with a person under the age of 18 if the older person holds a position of trust(for example a teacher or social worker) as such sexual activity is an abuse of the position of trust"

You can also still be arrested for rxpe if you are over 18 AND HAVE SEX WITH SOMEONE UNDER 18.
Damn.
Why are people still trying to justify having sex with children.

I do go by the 2 year rule I date girls who are 17 nearly 18

A guy who i know irl was charged with rxpe on two accounts, Even though he had consenting sex with the oldest.
He was charge with rxpe on two accounts because one was 14 and the other was 17.
He is 20.
IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE "NEARLY 18"
THE LAW DOES NOT CARE.
IF YOU WANT THEM THAT MUCH WAIT FOR THEM TO TURN 18 DAMN.
