Next feel good about yourself, this might sound strange but be open, friendly and confident. This will defiantly get his attention. You need to be yourself, don't pretend to be someone you're not just to get his full attention and his liking. Be happy, be posible, nobody notices someone who is lifeless, dull, and boring. So just try and be in a good mood around him as much as possible. Try to become his friend, so talk to him, get to know him etc. Smile and make eye contact, this will catch his eye. If he carries on with the eye contact there's a chance he's intrested in you, if he quickly looks away and awkwardly looks around the same then he may not be intrested in you.
Make sure you don't come on to him to strong, so just be careful and take it slow- good luck!
