The entire world stands still for one day, but not you. What do you do?

Great question. I'm honestly not sure. Enjoy the peace and quiet? Take a nap?? Launch unwillingly into space and die a rapid fiery death because the Earth suddenly stopped moving??? How's that for a nerdy NASA-style answer!? :-P

What was the first band or musician you were really into? Do you still like it?

Probably Chicago or Air Supply, and yes I still like them. I will say I like their older music more than their newer stuff, but believe it or not both bands are still happily touring through sold-out shows!

How do you deal with unpleasant tasks? Do you complete them at once or put off until the last moment?

I frequently put off things I don't want to do, because thankfully, I only answer to myself so I can do what I want most of the time. It gets done, mind you, I just don't often have to live by other people's schedules. A few exceptions, I guess, would be government deadlines and doctor appointments.

Have you ever played tennis?

Yes, but poor motor skills and muscle weakness prevented me from pursuing it and other sports.

What says "autumn" to you? For me, Pumpkin spice Cliff bars, Starbucks, lip balm and assorted cold essentials spell an oncoming fall.

Cozy pajama pants, knee-high socks, warm color palettes, sunflowers, sunsets, chai latte, lip balm, and lots of comforting soups.
(Pumpkin spice Cliff bars?? Do they taste like pumpkin, or just the associated pie spices?)

Which Marvel character is your soulmate?

I love this question. I don't believe in soulmates, but so far my favorite is Thor. :)

Do you take any interest in the news?

I'm not supposed to since a couple of doctors have asked me to avoid stress, but I do stay somewhat informed. It's important as a voter to know what's going on in this country. The news is a necessary evil. I do definitely have my limits, though.

Are girls more dramatic than boys?

Absolutely not. This sounds like a young person's question, so I'm going to be careful with my answer. I'm an old lady (40!) and I can tell you from experience that both males and females are dramatic in their own ways pretty equally, depending on the issue at hand. An individual's response is a personality trait based on several factors including maturity, stress level, cognition, I.Q., E.Q., the action or event in question, and more. In many cases, it is not based on gender at all.

In life, do you see yourself more of a bystander or are you more of a participant? Why?

This is a good question, however, it is a little too broad. The answer, from anyone you ask, is going to be "both". Sometimes we are meant to play an active role, and sometimes we are meant to observe. In order to truly say one or the other, one would have to know what action or event the asker implies is occurring. Knowing that, the answerer can then assess their circumstances in relation to the action or event, and be able to respond accordingly.

I could probably use some patience. It seems to have run off and left me in my old age.
Otherwise, since courage, brain, and heart are already taken, some physical strength would be nice.
