If you were going to be stuck on an island with three celebrities, which three would you choose?

I realize none of these guys like to be called celebs, and I don't blame them because I dislike the word/sentiment too, but: John Green for conversation and occasional brotherly hugs, Hank Green for music and humor, and Alton Brown who would cook for us, then send for his private plane and fly us all home to our families...just saying. :) Love these dudes but I wouldn't want to be "stuck" anywhere.

If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy?

My life-saving medications. Then a condo in Northeast Florida and the services of a moving company.

How many languages can you speak and what are they?

Only one fluently, and that would be English. I fail miserably at French, although I read and write it better than I speak it (please don't ask me to speak it). I can fingerspell in ASL, but I'm very slow.

What do you prefer: read the newspaper, watch TV News, or check online news?

I check the news online, which is a constant source of misery, so I take frequent breaks from it (the news, not the internet).

How old were you when you got your first computer?

I'm assuming Speak & Spell doesn't count, so I was in my early 20s.

Which exotic place would you love to visit?

I'll have to say Hawaii. I would say the Maldives, but I've read horrible stories of young women who are severely abused and oppressed there so I am boycotting my imaginary visit to the Maldives.

Do you ever get smelly feet?

You are allowed to ask your friends any question under the sun, and this is what you come up with? Really?

Are you afraid to fly in airplanes?

It's true that I've never been on a plane, but it isn't because of fear. I do believe I would be very, very nervous the first time, but I doubt I would be phobic about it.

How well can you cook?

Meh, I'm learning. I didn't have my own kitchen until I was well into adulthood. Muscular Dystrophy is also a big issue, so I don't always have the strength to cook. I feel that I've done pretty well the last couple of years with a variety of recipes. Some of them failed. Some were acceptable. Some were outstanding. Therefore, I'd call myself average.

Are you a traveler or a homebody?

I hate hate HATE being stuck at home. If I can't get in my car and go where I want to go on a daily basis, I am a very unhappy camper. In a perfect world, I would be well and traveling all over the place.

What is your favorite love story movie?

Well currently, it's The Fault In Our Stars. I'm sure I'm in the majority there. However, my favorite of all time is Sabrina. I also love Moulin Rouge.

do u have fb come in

I deactivated my Facebook account. I have another but it is dormant until my children's book is published.

If you opened up a restaurant what kind of food would you serve?

I would open a soup kitchen similar to what Jon Bon Jovi is doing. I've thought about this many times, so I can even tell you what I'd have on the menu. :)
Soup Menu: Black Bean, Curried Lentil, Loaded Potato, Vegetable Beef, Tomato Basil Bisque, Golden Split Pea & Bacon, French Onion, Chicken Noodle (GOSH I LOVE SOUP)
Special of the Day: Mexican Chicken & Veggies, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Pot Roast & Veggies, Conecuh & Cabbage with Cajun Rice, Ham & Cheese Macaroni, Hummus with Pita & Spanikopita (THERE WOULD BE A GREEK DAY HALLELUJAH), Shrimp & Grits
Sandwiches: Bacon Cheddar Burger, French Dip Sub, Muffaletta, Classic Club, Grilled Veggie Melt, Dill Chicken Salad, Ultimate Garlic Grilled Cheese with an "Add Meat" option
Salads: Garden, Greek, Caesar, Taco, Fruit, Dill Chicken, Coleslaw
Dessert: Because I can't bake, there will only be cold pie. Thankfully, my chocolate cream pie, lemon icebox pie, and peanut butter pie are all you need.
Too bad this will never happen. If I become unexpectedly wealthy, I'll look into it. :-)

What do you think should be done to people who create SPAM on the Internet?

They should be banned from the internet and forced to eat nothing but SPAM luncheon meat every single day for the rest of their sorry spamming lives.

Would you like to live in another country?

Most days, I wish I could live in a country where lack of money won't result in suffering and death. Unfortunately, I'm living that very nightmare as we speak thanks to a capitalist medical care system.

What kind of music calms you down?

I dare say all music, at least all the genres I enjoy. Spoken word as well. I often fall asleep listening to shows such as Good Eats, Barefoot Contessa, Vlogbrothers, random tutorials on YouTube, or audiobooks.

If you could spend the next year living anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Ahhhhh now I'm dreaming. Perhaps Tuscany, where a local chef would come to my villa and teach me how to cook. Or Hawaii so I could enjoy the weather, sit in a hammock, and watch the sunset. Maybe I would be crazy enough to spend a year in Manhattan, so I could experience the crazy day-to-day of a New Yorker and broaden my social life. Another option would be Louisiana, where Acadiana is an entirely different world, and I would be close to my nieces. Of course, there's always Northeast Florida, which I refuse to leave off the list because it's where I want to live someday.

If you were a farmer, what would you grow?

Now this is the kind of question I love. I would grow baconnnn! Wait, what? Bacon doesn't grow on trees? Bummer. I would have a herb garden and a vegetable garden, including potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions, and tomatoes that I would pick green so I could fry them like a good Southerner.
