I love the sun, but it doesn’t like me. I get burnt incredibly easy. I’m also very pale. My body thrives in heat, so it’s difficult when I want to sunbathe but can’t because even with sunscreen, I still burn. So annoying 😂
They absolutely can be, yes. Just because your family is related to you, by blood, doesn’t mean you have to be close to them. It doesn’t even mean you have to associate with them. Friends can be just as good, if not better than family, in some situations. I believe you find the people who become your family throughout your life. It isn’t restricted to the one you’re born into, by any means.
I don’t think so… Like nothing super dangerous comes to mind. I mean, the only vivid memory of swallowing something I shouldn’t have is when I mistook my moms glass of gin and tonic for a glass of water when I was 5 years old. Somehow, I didn’t notice the taste difference at all, and I actually drank most it. 🤣 I didn’t really get in trouble as she said it was her fault for leaving me with it, within reach. She did tell me never to do it again, and made sure alcoholic beverages weren’t left anywhere near me… But, regardless of that, to this day, it’s a story that both of us find hilarious.
Deep breathing helps me a lot. Besides that, being in nature, going on walks, painting, drawing, and writing all help me to some extent. Depending on the type of stress, I will do any variation of those things.
I’ve had it for many years, yes. Though it’s presented in different forms throughout my life. When I was a kid, I had very severe separation anxiety. Then as I got older, it turned into more social anxiety and panic attacks, and I still struggle with both, today.
Nope, not nearly as bad as it used to be. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if that changes, as almost no one wears masks or socially distances anymore. I live in a rural area so… It’s fairly expected I guess. Hopefully, most people are vaccinated, and cases will stay low.
It’s a human right… No politician is ever going to prevent people from getting abortions. They are just going to prevent people from getting them safely. Reproductive rights and what people are allowed to do with their own bodies shouldn’t be dictated by the government. Period.
May the 4th be with you!
Are you into Star Wars at all?
I’m not really into Star Wars at all. However, the day itself is still very important to me. Someone I knew in high school, who happened to be one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met, absolutely loved May 4th and was a huge Star Wars fan. It was their favorite day of the year… Tragically, they also passed away that day. So, it has taken on a whole new level of significance for me. But that’s the only true connection I have to May 4th or Star Wars. By the way, I know this probably isn’t a typical answer people would give to this question, but I figured I’d be honest about what it means to me.
