Did you make Chinese Dishes
I have made a few! But, I live in an Asian community so I am able to have Chinese and South Asian food just by driving across the street. I mostly let them do the cooking for me if I want a dish like that. But I do make it every once in a while. I have to be cautious with soy.

Honestly, several. I don’t know if I want to put their names here. I will mention one: Jay Demarcus from Rascal Flatts. But I met him way before that band existed. We have a photo, but it’s somewhere lost in a closet. If I find it, I’ll share.

Well, I will say this much: I see people really struggling with quarantine to the point of meltdowns and fighting, too much stress with the spouse and kids, or having to work an exhausting essential job for little pay and high risk, and here I am sitting on my butt at home playing Candy Crush. I’m at tremendous risk and having to take major precautions because I’m seriously ill, and God knows I’m isolated and worried as heck, but I’m ok. I’m really ok in comparison to what others are dealing with. And even though my life is painful and difficult, I acknowledge that I am doing ok through this nightmare. I hope everyone who reads these words will be ok too. ♥️

I love strawberries, but I don’t do U-Pick because I can’t bend down like that (muscle disease). I let somebody else do the pickin’ and I buy them from the farm. :)
