Describe a person who you'd think of as being "normal" - what are they doing with their life? What are they like? What are their interests?

In this day and age I'd tend to think of someone "normal" as being someone of working age who works a 9-5 job every day (or at least Monday through Friday), dresses respectfully, doesn't have any extreme tattoos/piercings/body modifications (that are visible at least), drives a simple and maybe even "poor" car, lives in a reasonably sized home or apartment for the number of people they live with, etc. They aren't doing much to improve their life or be "full time happy". They may have goals or dreams or an ideal picture of what they'd like their life to be but they don't go out of their way to work toward it or god forbid even DO it. They won't drop everything and live their life exactly how they want it to because of a fear of failure or lack of funds, for example. They will most likely be interested in things most others are interested in, or at least things that are typical in their area/region: movies/tv/entertainment/reading, even something "weird" like rodeo-related things if they're from an area that does that kind of thing a lot.

What would be a perfect honeymoon destination?

Anywhere that allows for us to have our own private, extra comfortable space that's ideal for relaxing (like beaches, decent weather, good service, good food, etc.) yet also good for traveling/sightseeing/activities should we want something to keep us entertained outside of our own little bubble.

2/3 Questions: What is the most heartwarming thing you’ve ever seen?

I can't say I've got a single most heartwarming thing that comes to mind right now but I've seen a few things that fit that description so I'll just give 'em all to you.
I watched a video the other day where a little girl was given the news that she'd gotten her "forever family" and she just LEAPED onto the woman who told her and was so excited, it was precious.
I watched another video where a woman made a little book of some kind where, at the end, it revealed that her husband (her kid's stepdad) was officially/legally now the kid's dad and he just started bawling and hugging the kid and it was absolutely adorable.
Basically every single pregnancy announcement video where the reaction includes any and/or all of the following: tears, screaming, jumping up and down, bear hugs.

What will your Master's degree be in?

I'm actually browsing around for Master's degrees to see both what's available (and where and for how much) and what degree/s or experience I would actually need for my career goals. I'm thinking I'm going to aim for something along the lines of Higher Education Administration (I'm hoping that's the right name lol), although I was told I can also do Counseling with an optional added 6 (I believe) credits for a PPS certificate. I believe PPS stands for Pupil Personnel Services and it's basically the addition to a counseling degree that would qualify me to be a high school counselor, basically as a backup plan in case I can't find a job as a college advisor. While high school counselors get paid SUPER well compared to college advisors, I have ZERO desire to be any kind of counselor-- to students or mental health patients. So that also means, by default, that I have no desire to spend at minimum 1-2 years of my life studying counseling when there are other options for a Master's program that can get me to the same end goal.

3/3 Questions: What’s your dream car?

My boyfriend just asked me this like last night I think and the conclusion I came to was that I don't know enough about cars to determine my dream car. See, they can be super beautiful cars but it's not really a dream car if it sucks in every other way besides physical appearance, right? And I know next to nothing about what's considered good mileage or which cars are the safest or which ones are cheapest to fix (either in cost per fix OR how often it needs to be fixed), etc.

Maybe the article I read wasn't very helpful but I'm still unsure of what exactly the point of that whole thing was? I mean like I get wanting attention and whatnot by everyone for awareness or whatever but why do people WANT to go to such nasty lengths to be noticed? Quite frankly I feel like those types of scenarios exist more so because the individual wants attention (even if it's negative) than because they want to bring awareness to something/someone like they claim.

Um. I have a poncho? Like a nice poncho that’s like blanket material and looks like something Jo from Nanny 911 (or whichever show it is) might wear. Does that count as weird? I don’t really have weird things.

3/3 Questions: What are your goals for 2018?

Honestly mainly just move out and start my masters program. I can’t think of much else that’s a huge priority to be done ASAP and that would actually be possible to complete (or at least get started on finishing) within 2018. Though I’d like to add lose weight to the list but that’s always a goal and I have yet to reach it ever so there’s that.

What’s awesome in your life right now?

This school I’m subbing at today is actually great so far?? It’s a middle school so I have mostly 7th graders with a few 8th and I was terrified because, well, middle schoolers, but it’s so peaceful and quiet and they’re (mostly) well behaved and on task! Plus the subs get snacks and a water bottle delivered to the classroom for us to munch on throughout the day! How great 👍🏻

My senior year of high school, last day before winter break, I came down with something AWFUL that ended up preventing me from going to a birthday party and having to cancel the day of the party. The doctor said it was mono, the only symptom of mono I had was swollen lymph nodes so I have no clue if that’s what it was. I was sick for at least 2-3 weeks (like I didn’t eat for 3 days, limited to broth and crackers for the rest, puking anytime I ate too much, sleeping 18+ hours a day sick). I couldn’t even wash and dry my own hair because it involved standing for too long and I felt like I was going to pass out if I stood for too long. It was terrible in every which way. Plus I was sick for Christmas! But moreover I was pissed about being sick for my ENTIRE school break.

There's often a lot of anger when it comes to what a plus sized model should look like, what clothing size they should actually be etc - so for you personally if someone says 'plus size' what size/body shape or who immediately comes to mind?

When I think plus sized in relation to models I think like an 8 and up. But hell, I’m like a 12-16ish depending on the store and item and I don’t really consider myself “plus sized” (chunky/heavy/overweight though, sure). I’d like to see more clothing made to suit heavier/larger/etc. women instead of just making the same exact clothes in bigger sizes. Not all clothes look good on a person just because it’s in their size and like 90% of skinny clothes do not look good on a larger person even in a larger size. It just doesn’t work well. I don’t really know about body type/shape because you can be pear shaped at a size 2 or a size 22, it just might be a little more accentuated at 22. Regardless, I’d probably just go by clothes sizes for a lack of a better measurement criteria?

Relaxing and sleeping in OR going on a day trip or something I don’t normally tend to do during the week, like go see a movie or visit some fun festival or something that’s going on really anywhere near me.

Who are your favorite musical artists and why?

I legitimately do not have a single (or even like a top 5) favorite musical artist. I recently answered a question semi similar to this and listed a buttload of artists I enjoy, you’re more than welcome to refer to that for examples of artists I like! I’ll listen to anyone who has a good voice and a catchy tune (not necessarily in an upbeat kind of way, it could just be unique) that’s pleasant to my ears. I listen to some of everything so it’s highly dependent on the individual artist AND the individual song, not just genre.

You know, this is actually a really good question. I always like talking about myself because that's sort of the subject I know the most about?? But it also comes off as super cocky and full of myself so. I'm really not sure how to answer this because I feel like there are so many subjects I'd love to talk about but I haven't discovered them yet! Or maybe my brain is just drawing a blank and I can't think of anything. But in all seriousness, though. I'd love to have a legit discussion about anything with someone. Like the kind of discussion that involves both people being open minded and interested in seeing things from someone else's perspective and both are looking to learn something new, even if it doesn't involve opinions or a desire to change them (on either end of the discussion).

SO MUCH BETTER NOW THAT I AM OUT OF THAT HORRENDOUS CLASS, seriously. I've subbed for lower elementary levels before but this one was literally sent from Satan himself. I mean, all things considered, I'm doing relatively well. I stopped for a Pepsi on the way home (I needed a treat okay lol) and am now happily relaxing in my room with that and trying to unwind. Ideally I'd love to take a nap buuuuut I have things to do so!

What is your favorite tv series and why?

I’m not sure I have a single favorite. The ones I’ve been (or was) into the longest include The Walking Dead and Criminal Minds. I’m also really loving Jane the Virgin right now and I’m stoked to see The Shannara Chronicles this week. Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory are always good too. Special Victims Unit was one of the better crime shows, along with NCIS for a while. Aside from the storyline(s) I also have to like the cast, so those are probably the two biggest reasons for why I enjoy a show. If it’s classed as a comedy I have to find it funny, if it’s a thriller I have to find it suspenseful enough to keep me thrilled, etc. TWD is the only one of the above shows that I have never missed an episode of on tv, AND am still following. But I like it because it’s relatively unique and I like that, while it’s an “action” show it also downplays it a little and makes it a drama too I think? Criminal Minds used to be really good. It was a unique perspective and a breath of fresh air in the crime show world. Jane the Virgin is just unique and fun. I thought it was going to be stupid and it kind of is but it’s a parody of telenovelas so it’s not meant to be really serious? Plus the entire cast is great and they’re all so adorable. Modern Family is just great. I just discovered it like last year maybe and I had no idea it’s been around as long as it has! It’s funny and the characters can be super relatable. BBT is also just funny. Not many shows that I’m aware of revolve around geniuses, and Sheldon is different from much of anything I’ve ever seen on tv. The casting for him couldn’t have been any better. SVU and NCIS were both good with the right casts but they got changed too much and now I don’t bother anymore. And The Shannara Chronicles is the only fantasy show I watch, or will watch on tv at least (so far) so that gives it the unique aspect in my list of shows to watch. I gave it a shot on Netflix and enjoyed it so I’m just excited to finally see the next season on tv.
