i think it's one thing to self diagnose with general depression, general anxiety or adhd and a completely different thing to self diagnose yourself with a severe personality disorder, psychotic disorder, etc. i don't even support self dxing insomnia because 9/10 times it chalks up to be triggered by an event and not a serious disorder.

Windows the OS isn't designed to run on apple hardware, though it could in theory do so, if that was your plan. The hotkeys would maybe malfunction and peripherals may not register, among other issues.

i know it's a lot easier to do than in prior years-- you can just use bootcamp (which i know my mom had to buy it but i guess it comes free/built in now?) and it'll section off your ram and you can just switch between the two whenever you want

i'm american too and i wasn't taught jack shit in school it's highkey tragic actually i learned it all from my family lol

so basically the original jewish people-- like THE original jewish people-- split off and part of them went to spain where it was all fine and dandy and whatever. these people were not white passing, they were middle eastern // had brown skin hence the term "moreno" which means "one with dark/brown skin"

fast forward to hitler's reign and the waves of antisemitism hitting europe and the world in general-- the ethnic jewish people of spain basically migrated to mexico because they just wanted to get as far away from hitler as possible

BUT mexico had very very strict laws at the time banning religion besides catholicism, so jewish people either had to hide and risk being exiled back to spain, convert, or just stop practicing all together, and most chose to just stop because they didn't want to convert.

now fast forward to now, where a bunch of people have that in their blood but they probably don't even know because it was all very secretive because of persecution. but there's a lot of little things that don't "add up" when you look at them and it can be as basic as a family recipe thats generations old and does not make any sense when placed in mexican culture to something as concrete as a last name

i have a webkinz froggo i keep in my backpack and whenever i'm hella stressed i hold him ! his name is a good lad-- he has two different fur textures and microfoam filling so he's v squishy and malleable ? so i use the poor thing as a stress ball lmaooo

mm well firstly i'd learn some grounding techniques, just google them-- there's a lot of different ones and it's really dependent on YOU so just find one/ones you like, off the top of my head i know counting, listing 10 things that are real around you (things you can touch), having a stim toy, etc

and of course, again, depending on you, there's a lot of other things-- like most of my mental shit is largely based on paranormal and religious things so i find a lot of calm in my cats (cats are known to ward off bad spirits) and lights-- one of the fixtures in my bedroom is a timed light (they're about 100$ tops at home depot including the electrician, as long as it's an existing light fixture) which i use to help me sleep
