women* do not have to dress modestly to be respected or to have respect for themselves.
whether or not someone has class, it isn't dictated by their clothing choices-- it's how they carry themselves and handle situations.
and if wearing ~*revealing*~ clothes is her idea of self respect, that's great, i'm glad and i hope she's enjoying her life and her decisions because tbh it does not affect me - or anyone else. just her.

Isn't that what psychiatrists are supposed to do? I always thought it was normal because they were the doctor and I was just a random person who didnt study it :// (I do admit it wasnt helpful though)

a lot of doctors -- not just psychiatrists -- have superiority complex and they don't want to believe they're wrong even when a patient repeatedly goes "hey, it's not working for me."
and that's just one of many, many problems in the medical field -- off the top of my head other issues are
- overdiagnosis, esp in hyperactive young boys (adhd) and shy young boys (autism)
- underdiagnosis in young girls and especially young girls of colour
- overmedication
- using children as guinea pigs for a certain medicine / combination of medicine

everytime i tell my psychiatrist "hey, my medication isn't working-- at all." his immediate reaction is to double my dosage
which evidently, does not help
and then i try to tell him // why // it does not help, and what i would like to see from my medication, and he goes "haha anyway sweaty lets raise it more"
like ?? no lol please help me my disorders aren't here to fuck around, i need help and that's why i'm here

it's ableist to imply ANY disorder is some sort of monster to society.
disorders are personal, they vary case by case, they are something that quite frankly nobody can understand better than yourself.
having a disorder isn't a choice, it isn't an infectious disease, it isn't something "plaguing" society.

i have no opinion on people who do that on THEIR OWN TIME in THEIR OWN BEDROOM -- your kinks are your business, and as long as everything is legal and consensual, it doesn't matter to me
the problem with dd/lg and a lot of the bdsm community is that they don't keep that to themselves -- they display it in public (public spanking, collars/leashes being in use, "punish me daddy", etc) and therefore push that kink onto UNCONSENTING STRANGERS. you are involving strangers in your foreplay and your kink, even if it is them just "witnessing" this, it's not right at all.
also a lot of dd // lg blogs post their UNTAGGED nsfw in tags minors use and search frequently-- and i know countless mutuals who have to remake their kidcore blogs over and over because dd/lg blogs kept following them despite their best efforts (putting dont follow if ur dd/lg under every post and in their bio, blocking a lot of them, etc.) and a lot of said mutuals and in general a large portion of the "cute" and kidcore aesthetic side of tumblr are mentally ill minors or adults with traumatic experiences who use kidcore to cope lmao, strangers perverting that with their kinks is absolutely vile
