- he is a licensed emotional support animal for my anxiety
- he was originally gonna be renamed ryan
- he is maine coon mixed breed
- he is over 3 feet long nose to tail !! and he's about 14 pounds
- his bean paws are black, but his tummy, ears and nose are pink !! however the exposed skin on his face-- around the nose, mouth, eyes, etc. is black and grey
- he sleeps next to me every night
- his fave spot to be rubbed is underneath his ribcage and at the base of his tail
- he loves toys; more than laika-- who is a kitten lmao
- he's a klutz, he always slips, falls, and runs into counters and stuff but i love him all the same
- my mom calls him "frijol" which is what we call junebugs, hes nicknamed after them bc hes big and fat and stupid but cute lmao
- despite being my only long + thick fur cat, he sheds the least and i dont have to brush him as often as i do the others
- he's really shy around strangers

- see a dermatologist if you can, honestly that is the thing that SAVED me. everyones acne is different and make sure u 100% cant fix it with over the counter product before u see a dermatologist bc they can be pricey
- i would not recommend acutane, its def a worst case scenario but from what ive heard it causes a lot of long term problems so ya !! ive used epiduo and that works for me
- for dfab pals: birth control is often recommended
- for dmab pals under 22: its probably hormonal n ull grow out of it!!
- if u wear makeup: moisturize beforehand !! and rub in circular, upwards motions
- wash ur face every night and morning if possible. always take off makeup !!
- if u dont wear makeup for one day bc ur lounging around or w/e: get a pack of cleansing wipes or face wash and wash ur face anyway to remove excess oils
- exfoliate once a week or every other week to get rid of dead skin and buildup, this is all abt ur skin type so ya
- i recommend natural stuff for facewashes and moisturizers and things like that, i personally have had the best luck with lush's "skin drink" moisturizer
- try to avoid citrus scented stuff: citrus irritates the skin and dries it out. basically lemons, lime, oranges, grapefruit, etc.
- to get rid of acne scars use tomato stuff -- target has a whole section from their "sayyesto" cosmetics. make sure ur not breaking out tho bc it will irritate ur skin a bit
- put raw coconut oil on cracked / flaky skin, it wont break u out but it will heal ur dry skin
-if u get acne near/on ur scalp, buy antidandruff shampoo and use it once a week
- if u gently run a shaving razor against ur nose, u will remove most blackheads
- charcoal is ur best friend, get charcoal nose strips, charcoal wash, charcoal facials etc
- consider switching makeup if u dont see results-- certain foundations n primers do make u break out
- drink lots of water !!
- if u can, eat healthier and work out a lil everyday
- dont pick at ur skin and dont pop deep pimples (ie pimples where u dont see the lil white/black part coming out)
- deep pimples can turn into cysts, so if u have a lot see a dermatologist pls so they can extract the buildup and then close off the little bag so u dont get build up again
