Кист достиг последних 16-ти турниров 2011 World Masters, где он проиграл 2-3 против Тони Уэста в решающем леге, имея пять дротиков до выиграть. После этой победы он получил wild-card на Zuiderduin Masters.

Кист, прошедший отбор на 2012 BDO World Championship через международный плей-офф. Кисть победил в первом туре соотечественника Яна Деккера 3: 2. Затем он победил Бельгии Герта Де Вос во втором раунде со счетом 4-2. Затем Кист одержал победу в четвертьфинале со счетом 5: 1 над своим хорошим другом Аланом Норрисом. Затем Кист восстановился со счетом 5: 3 в полуфинале против двукратного чемпиона Теда Хэнки, у которого был один дротик в яблочко, чтобы выиграть матч со счетом 6: 5 и выйти в финал. Perfection is the end.

---

Once you are perfect there is nothing left.
Therefore the definition, in my mind, is perfection is the end of growth and the inability to grow.
If we were truly perfect or if life was truly perfect, there would be nowhere left to go.
Nothing to explore, nothing to live for, no changes, and we would not even notice we are perfect.
If all we have ever known was happiness, for example, if sadness did not exist in our mind, then how would we know we are happy?
We would loose the appreciation for everything we have.

It’s the journey to perfection, the growth to becoming better, that fills us with pride and joy, but reaching the destination would be horrible.

Imagine, for example, getting a perfect score in darts every single time.
No matter where you throw the darts you always score perfectly.
It may be fun at first to show off your skills, but if you can never truly have a competition then what is the point?

There is no growth for you to be had, no challenge from anyone else as the best they can do is tie, and no reason to continue working on it.

Given time, you would loose all interest in darts! The hobby would die.

So perfection is flawless, impossible to improve, exact, faultless, an ideal, an illusion, impossible, a chimera, an obstruction to peace of mind, a suspension of acceptance and a hindrance to happiness.

*once pressed, you spot a cage being lowered down from a hatch on the cieling..containing a ..very odd looking creature, it was a amalgamate but made up of 3 dog monsters* HAHA!! Let's see if you won't get melted with them! SICK HIM DOG FACE! *the amalgamated dog then charges with a pair of axes in its mouth, it was smaller than Endogamy but still bigger than her and Shadow*

He looks awkwardly at the questionnaire infront of him. “Um, what’s your major?”he asked.

“Acting. I want to be an Actor.”

He nods, looking away and back at the questionnaire.

I can't help but laugh. “What’s yours?” I asked.

His gaze darts back to mine, and I see him relax when he realizes there’s no malice in my laugh. “Vocal Performance.”He said.

“Oh, a musician!”

---

“Yes, I love music and I play the guitar too.” He smiles.

---

“Do you wanna show me some of your music? Like, right now?” I asked.

---

He looks surprised, and for a second I think I overstepped my boundaries and freaked him out, but then he smiles and jolts up.“Sure.” He said.

We leave, trying not to make it too obvious, and go to his dorm. Perhaps it should be an awkward situation, but for some reason, it isn’t.

His voice is rich. He’s really good, though I can tell he doesn’t know it yet.

He smiles shyly after each song and mumbles something about how he needs to practice that one thing in that song. After about seven songs, we start talking nonstop until his roommate opens the door three hours later. He then offers to walk me back to my dorm. We stand at the door when we arrive, neither wanting to end the night.

“You’re really good, you know. I mean that, genuinely.”

He looks at me strangely and for a minute there I felt like I finally belonged to this world.

I've taken the ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn multiple times, from Helsinki to Stockholm multiple times, from Turku to Stockholm multiple times, from Turku to Maariehamn once and from Puttgarden to Rødby once. So I guess I've travelled from Finland to Estonia and Sweden and from Germany to Denmark on boat. Sometimes in the other direction as well. Most of the time it's because I'm travelling by car and it is not amphibious, so I can't drive it across the water. It's very common to take a ferry across the Baltic sea. All the routes I mentioned are pretty busy and it's kinda cheap. Without a car even cheaper. It's definitely common here and also in the Mediterranean. Life if you're going to Sardinia or Corsica or Elba or whatever you'll probably take a ferry. If I'm not travelling by car I'd rather not use a ferry, though. They're super boring. There isn't much to do but to play cards with your mates. And if you're alone, solitaire is the only option. The morning ferries to Tallinn are the worst, everybody is basically sleeping and they always for some reason show darts on the TVs. So an airplane would be a far better option because it's quicker. Less time sitting on a boring boat, more time exploring the places you want to explore. Of course I don't know what your reason to avoid air travel is, maybe getting a bit bored isn't as bad as airplanes are for you.
It's usually more expensive than flying, and if you don't have a car, it can be hard to get to the harbor in some cities, because public transport can be pretty sporadic and some harbors are out in the middle of nowhere. This is something you'll have to research in advance. I still like it more than flying and will take any chance to take a ferry. Can't speak for Ireland, but I really liked my last couple of ferry trips in the Baltics (I've gone from Germany to Denmark, Lithuania and Norway). Dover to Calais is about an hour and a half. The Isle of Wight is less, about 40 minutes I think. So both are fairly short. There's cafés, shops and other things on board. There are multiple levels and lots of seats in different places, outside and inside. Nothing too fancy but it's certainly more than just sitting down on a bus haha. Obviously it will depend somewhat on the company and the specific ship you're on as to what there is, but in my experience it's not bad on board at all.

Happening upon a wedding procession on the street in Bled, Slovenia. Everyone was dressed beautifully and looked so proud and happy. As they approached the lake, the burliest of men proceeded to row the wedding party across the lake to the church where they were married. Not long after they disappeared into the church we heard the wedding bells ringing from the church bell tower, signifying that the marriage was complete. Everything looked so perfect, it was surreal. It almost felt like a show you come across in Disney World with all the pageantry, I remember reminding myself that this was actually someones wedding. Being able to glimpse into someone else's life, and witness the different cultures and traditions was awesome in the truest sense of the word. In Nagano, Japan, February of this year, a friend and I were out on the streets around 11pm on a weeknight - the place was dead, eerily dead, and a little foggy, no one around except for the occasional mist-silhouetted figure AND it was a brilliantly full moon out. Had it been in a lot of other places I would have been more than a little creeped out and apprehensive (including here in the states), but I knew Japan was pretty safe - so we went with it and found a small shop face that looked like maybe it was open. There was a picture of cat on the outside, and no English at all, so we tried the door and it was. We step in and it's a tiny little bar, about half the size of a standard living room, with one tiny, pretty, Japanese woman who was probably in her mid-forties or so, she sees us and her eyes light up, she darts behind the bar and enthusiastically waves us in - we hung out for about 45 minutes, had drinks with her (it was clearly a slow night for her too, she was just as eager to drink as we were), and BELTED OUT some glorious Weezer karaoke, took some pictures with the horsemask (I bring a horsemask with me everywhere I travel) which she loved, got some with her wearing it, then proceeded to bumble out into the Nagano night where we found 3 or 4 more tiny bars that were all similarly empty and staffed by bartenders who were super stoked to see us.

' i know a lot of freaks. most of them are WEASLEYS or POTTERS. ' perhaps he was included in that, too. ' -and you're no freak, trust me. ' though even HE knew the stories about her.

' no wonder i haven't got a chance with the GIRLS, if they're all so attracted to people with QUESTIONABLE lifestyles. ' and he meant it as a JOKE, the wry chuckle that left his lips LOW and HURRIED.

️️️ ️ ️ ️ ️️️ ️ ️ ️fred was about to ask WHY she stayed up all night, clenching his fingers tighter around her hand as he TRUDGED up the rest of those RIDICULOUS stairs──── but a shrill of EXCITEMENT fell from her words, and he FLINCHED as she runs ahead of him. ' ROSE? ' who ELSE could it have been if not her? . . .and who was THEY? he acts fast.

' he takes over, fingers FREE from her grip as they CLING to the WHEEL against the brick wall and TURN to the RIGHT; it STIFFENED in his hold as he STRUGGLED to spin it. until. . . it began spinning the OTHER WAY, and fred loses his GRIP on it entirely, stumbling FORWARDS when the secret door swings itself OPEN at last to reveal────

️️️ ️ ️ ️ ️️️ ️ ️ ️A BLAST, and fred FALLS onto his BACK with the force of it; a hand presses to his CHEST as a grunt coughs past his lips. he lays there for a moment, before copper DARTS up at JACK MCLAGGEN and NARROWS. ' -cheers, mate. ' he's still grunting when he LIFTS himself up, mostly for PRINCIPLE, rather than PAIN. a palm touches to natalie's BACK.

' but then his attention SHIFTS to the REDHEAD that hurried down the stairs, a HORDE of children following behind her, along with the sound of SIZZLING and CRASHING. ' -no time to stand and chat, i reckon? ' one glance at leona's FACE and he knew the answer to that. ' we better SPLIT up and make our way back to the GREAT HALL. '
