Worst: You need to find a husband, and don’t tell him you’re sick! (I did not take this horribly selfish and ignorant advice. Thankfully, I’m smarter than that.)Best: Don’t look for another person to validate you. Love yourself, because the one who has to live with you more than anyone else is you.
Of course not. To say that we cause all of our own problems is sexist, ableist, classist, racist, whatever applies, depending on the problem. We must take responsibility for our own behavior, and be accountable for problems we have caused, but there are plenty of problems in the world that we did not ask for. Each problem must be assessed and addressed individually. Sometimes, a person is the problem. But sometimes, it’s just the way things are through no fault of our own, and we are stuck trying to fix or manage it.
If you were a bird, where would you fly?
Everywhere!!
What is more important for you - friendship or love?
In my opinion, without friendship there is no love. Not real love, anyway.
Many things. I’m impressed by people’s talents in general. I wish I were good at something, but I’m sort of not. 😂 Well, cooking, maybe. But I wish I could have done martial arts or gymnastics or been a great musician or a multilingual translator. I’ve tried fine art but consider myself average. I’m blown away by hyperrealistic art. That’s the stuff that really makes my jaw drop.

Managing my conditions is a 24/7/365 thing. No benefits, breaks, or vacations. It is much harder than a job.
