Is commuting by bike a legit option for you personally? How easy / hard is it to get around by bike where you live? 🚴♂️
I have muscular dystrophy and cannot ride a bike. In general, my town is not set up for it.

Why do you think *a lot* of men don’t know how to express their emotions? Not in a healthy way, at least. They’d rather just bury them or act as if they’re robots because feelings are ✨feminine✨ or ✨gay✨. Contrary to popular belief; men are way more emotionally unbalanced than women in most cases.
Conditioning, mostly. They were raised in a society that lacks emotional intelligence. They’ll have to be mature enough to do the work to improve their range of emotion. Most simply aren’t willing to admit there’s an issue.
Do you ever have trouble sleeping at other places than home? Are there other factors that affect your ability to sleep? 🚫😴
I have severe chronic pain so that usually prevents me from sleeping because I cannot get in any position and be comfortable. I do have more trouble sleeping away from home.

According to science and medicine, your brain is fully developed when ur in your late 20s. That’s when you truly are a full grown adult in the literal sense. So why is 18 considered the adult age, when it’s pretty obvious a 18 y/o is still not fully developed? There’s a huge dif between 18 and 28.
I agree with you. I do think there is a flaw in our logic there.

Unfortunately I have, which is why I started giving to my local food pantries. I am more vigilant now about checking expiration dates, and anything within a month of expiration is taken to the blessing boxes.
