I’m sorry I can’t advise. I’ve never been on a plane. I believe some people ask their physician for a small sedative or anti-anxiety script to deal with it, but I have no experience with flying myself. Please talk to a doctor if you can.

I would like to tell Dr. Fulop thanks for taking my condition seriously and being willing to listen, research, and pursue aggressive treatment. I would likely be dead if he hadn’t, and I would have never met my nephews or two youngest nieces.

I’ve been alive 42 years and have never personally witnessed something like this. And I’ve been through a great many disasters. This is just a whole different experience. It’s like being at war with an enemy you can’t see and have no defense, so all you can do is hide and hope it doesn’t find you. It’s pretty scary, and sad that all of this started with one person catching a bat and taking it to a live animal market. It’s like a dystopian horror story come to life.
We will get through it, in spite of how scary it is. We are fortunate to live in an era where we have science and medicine. Someone will figure this out, and this disaster will eventually become nothing but a memory. God speed. 🙏
