Say you were stranded alone on a deserted island, how do you think you'd do? Do you think you'd be able to stay healthy, both mentally and physically? 🏝
I’m not healthy to begin with so I’m not going to be able to give a very accurate answer. In general I do very well alone because I am an introvert, however my health is so poor thanks to genetics that I require a lot of maintenance; from diet to medication and other treatments that I would have to have access to. This scenario probably wouldn’t go well.
