On the 1st, I learned my blood is so rare that I am among 6% of the world population that can donate blood to infants needing transfusion. I’ll do it regularly as long as I’m physically well enough. It gives me purpose.

Hard to say. Italian cooking is what I studied for a long time, and it’s my favorite cuisine. I love Shrimp Alfredo. I love Chicken Marsala. I love lasagna. Tuscan chicken. Italian wedding soup. Tomato basil bisque. Shrimp Scampi. Italian bread. All things pizza! Impossible to say.

I feel fine about using secondhand items, at least most of them. I wouldn’t use something that’s not sanitary. I do shop at thrift stores a few times a year.
