Pretty stressful. I’ve had trouble with blood pressure and heart rate for the last three days, but gotta keep living! It’s tough being weak and tired and in pain all the time, though.
I only saw a couple of movies. Mary Poppins Returns was great nostalgia, and Detective Pikachu was a visual masterpiece, assuming you appreciate animation and graphic arts. I rarely go to the cinema.Edit note: sorry, I forgot I saw A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood in December. It was good. Mr. Rogers was a treasure.
This is a good question for me. I’m mostly pescetarian. I eat gulf coast shrimp, catfish from Rouses Market, scallops, crab, cod, flounder, mahi, snapper, and salmon. I do still occasionally eat poultry or pork, but I have a difficult time digesting it so I have to be careful. I had to give up beef. It put me in the hospital last year with gastroparesis so severe that I lost consciousness and my kidneys started failing from dehydration. Won’t be doing that again, I hope. I’m always looking for good seafood recipes, and I’ve developed a few of my own.
I’ve got Clostridium difficile colitis. It’s when the good bacteria in ur colon is infected & inflames ur colon. It causes diarrhea, loss of appetite & nausea, it has a really bad smell & the quantity of bowels is a lot. It's contagious as well so you have to be careful dealing with body fluids.
C-Diff is a horrifying condition and I’m sorry you’re suffering with it. I had a friend who survived C-Diff, but it was really tough for her.
