Allah also said

1) You can speak to your heart.
2) You can spread positivity by motivating others.
3) You can use this platform for advertising your skills (I have done this).
4) It's a hard one but you can certainly find decent friends who got lot of life experiences to share rather than flirting or slipping into inbox for no reason.

I guess so. Just how phoenix rises from its own ashes, a person can find strength, resilience, and personal growth in the aftermath of challenging situations. The beauty that arises from ashes isn't just about external circumstances but it's a reflection of inner transformation as well. The ability to find hope & inspiration in the face of hardship is a type of blessing but people find it difficult to understand.

If you could have a conversation with your future self, what advice do you think they would give you?

Life is not a bed of roses. I found my true self after losing again & again. Still not sure if it's the right layer or do I have to peel myself one more time. I'd definitely tell myself to buckle up & keep doing harder. Patience & faith can lead you anywhere you want. Be the energy you want for yourself.

How do you get rid of negative and toxic thoughts?

Our youth seek help from sad lyrics & quotes which are written by humans. What else do you need when He is directly talking to you in Quran?
"And seek help through patience & prayer"
(Surah Baqrah, Verse 45)
"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear"
(Surah Baqrah, Verse 286)
"Indeed I am near"
(Quran 2:186)
"Call me upon, I will respond to you"
(Surah Ghafir, 40:60)
"And whoever puts all of his trust in Allah, He will be enough for him"
(Quran 65:1)
"So remember me, I will remember you "

There's always a bigger reward after spending a rough patch of life. Do not be sad or lose hope.
He will bless your soul with peace. He knows what's in your heart.
He's closer to us, more than veins in our body.
He loves us more than 70 mothers. He can never see us pain. Trust His plan & trust the process. This too shall pass...

Thoughts ?

Allah gives you both kinds of health (Mental & Physical). When you make dua, be sure not to forget mental health. We can see an injury with eyes but not the damage dealt inside. It can be major & more painful than outside injury.
We have forgotten the supremacy of Allah. He gives you the peace of mind & heart. We decide our lives with pride & confidence but we ignore the fact that we have no authority to decide. We can plan & let Allah decide. You get peace of mind when you fully trust Him. This can be done by practicing namaz & self therapy. Some people are strong & it would be hard for them to relate. But it is what it is. Some people have to earn this peace of mind. They have to earn mental health. If you haven't faced such thing, go to Allah. Pray & thank Him that He has blessed you. Be thankful for everything He has given you. Do not lose the bond between you & Him. Even after doing 100% effort with perfection, He is the one who gives you reward, peace, health, food, everything.
