Something very similar happened to me except I was in a hotel when the fire alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night. I got absolutely no sleep and was in town for my sister’s funeral.

I just woke up from a nap and everything feels so good again. a good nap can totally fix some of your issues. People need to nap more maybe if they did they will be happier 🌷

Why do you think that people nowadays are lonelier compared to people from the past who had limited social access? Today we can talk to anyone from anywhere in the world, keeping in touch is not an issue these days, yet people are statistically lonelier than ever. Why is that so?
