With 100 degree temps outside, not terribly long. I’ve had to after hurricanes before. It’s not easy, but manageable for a few weeks. I did have some health issues.

Sure. Phone battery. Shaver takes batteries. Flashlights. Battery operated emergency (plastic) candle for hurricane season. Pulse oximeter.
