Thanks Regina, that’s nice. I voted and then drove to the city for lunch and grocery shopping. I’m sick to my stomach unfortunately, so back home to rest for the remainder of the day.
I’d tell them I’m no longer interested in the job, and they would say ok, and we would all move on with our lives. I don’t think so highly of myself to believe I’m that important. Everybody is replaceable.
Who from your past do you really wish you would stayed in contact with?
If you could decorate / furnish your bedroom however you wanted, like if you had an unlimited budget, how'd you do wanna do it? 🤔😁
Plenty of room, big windows with blackout curtains and the ability to open them as needed. Airy in the hot months and cozy in the cold ones. I want the most comfortable bed ever made. I’m mostly a minimalist, hate shopping, and don’t need a big closet, just a basic apartment-sized walk-in (edited for clarification: NOT a closet as big as an apartment HAHA good grief. I mean a closet that would normally be found in an apartment). I’d rather have the open space. I guess I would have a dresser and maybe a chaise lounge for reading. And some color other than off-white!! (I hate not being allowed to paint my walls!) Maybe a soft blue, mint, or almond.
As a voter, I care enough to be properly informed. I hate every minute of it, but it’s necessary. I refuse to blindly worship a political party like so many people unfortunately do. If I’m required to be here, I at least want to do the right thing. I believe in equality and human rights, and I don’t want to harm people via ignorance or otherwise.
Have you ever stubbed your toe on something really hard? Tell me about it. How about a baby gate? That hurts really bad. Sometimes you start speaking different languages you never thought you knew.
I’m not sure I know how to skip scenes. I’ve only played Pokemon in adulthood. Before that, it was arcade games and Nintendo (Ninja Gaiden had good scenes, for that era).
You discover your wonderful one year old child you love is, because of a mixup at the hospital, not yours. Would you want to exchange the child to try to correct the mistake or keep them regardless?
Nightmare scenario. I remember this happening in the 90s and there was a huge lawsuit and custody battle that was in the news for a while. It was so disturbing and heartbreaking.
When you get a lot of unusual likes on a post, do you ever wonder why?
Sometimes the posts get featured on Ask’s homepage. Sometimes the posts are liked by people who have a lot of followers, and the followers see the likes, like the same post, and it snowballs from there.
