In Deutschland gibt es eine Plattform namens Gute-Frage.de.
Die Plattform ähnelt ask aber ist weniger persönlich. Insofern man eine Frage hat kann man diese stellen und bekommt binnen weniger Zeit eine Antwort von den unterschiedlichsten Menschen. Oder wenn Jemand etwas beantworten möchte steht dies jedem offen. Mein 10-12 Jähriges-Ich das damals komplett von mythischen Wesen begeistert und eingenommen war geht auf die Plattformt und fragt ob es tatsächlich Einhörner gibt. Du willst echt nicht wissen wie viele perverse Antworten ich darauf bekommen habe. Das war für mein 10 Jähriges ich damals schon etwas "too much". Ich erinnere mich, nur eine einzige Person hat versucht mir sachlich darauf zu antworten.

★ – I drink more water with ice cubes.
★ – I place the ventilator nearby.
★ – I put the filling out of the blanket and moisten it with a little water just before sleeping. This cools very well and it is more pleasant to fall asleep with it in strong heat.

★ – I try to walk in the shadow when I am outside and take a sun hat and water with me
★ – I use sunscreen when I know I am going to be outside for a longer amount of time.

Yeah, when I'm under stress I tend to forget many things. I have made Whats App Groups that I use like calendars and write in what I need to do 'til next week.

Keeping your body alive and healthy is needlessly expensive nowadays I'd say. Like buying: fruits, vegetables, milk, buns, cheese. You can't expect to do grocery shopping for breakfast without spending at least 50 bucks on that. And that's just too much.
