Attention !! Sensitive Question (Feel Free) How has your family background influenced your beliefs or values ?

Even born as a muslim, right. I believe everyone must find islam by their own at some point in life.
My family background is complicated and I wont say I am really close to my family.
As a kid, i might have been influenced by how I see them. But I dont really practice and start finding islam by the age of 13. For context i have emotional trauma so i was more matured than people my age back then. Thanks to depression, i guess.
One point in my life, i used to ask too if God is really there.
Cut it short. My mom is religious ever since, my dad wasnt. He was just a muslim with bare minimum values (praying 5 times a day and fasting during Ramadhan)
I am the 4th out of 6th child. I grow up understanding and taking values outside (at school and friends) rather than values at home. I understand what kind of trauma is at home and I protect my friends if i see familiar behaviours in them.
Bila tulis ni baru perasan betul eh I this is the biggest contribution my family in shaping my behaviour.
I become protective because no one protected me as a kid. I become listener because no one listened to me as a kid. I become a writer because I have too much to talk about but forced to shut up. I become close and relied on God, because I have no one to rely on back then.
Sedihnya bila tulis ni semua. Hahaha

I feel so lost and out of place. I’ve tried to accept how things are but I want to live not just for others but for myself, this isn’t living. I just don’t know how? I keep telling myself people got it worse and I should be grateful but I’m only human.

It's easy.
Break all ties that are dragging you down. Don't waste precious energy on those who don't value your contribution to their well-being. And when you are free of this burden, you can focus on personal growth and start your life with a clean slate...

Pourquoi "Ernst Hans" ?

How can I find life happy if there's so much pain and suffering in this world?

AhmadBakheitMndo’s Profile Photo∆HMED
It's very difficult questions, especially for sensitive and empathic people.
One should relize that's they are not a god, and they are only one person, and that they can't control this world unless they had some magical way to do so, and this notion is impossible.
I believe its enough to speak up about such matters, and if you have something to give to the cause and you are able to do, do it. As simple as it can be, it will make a difference.
That war in Syria been really difficult on me at it first 3 years, I tried to speak up and do as much as I could to help, but still it's a war and it's politics and somehow, in the most missed up way, the world allows it to continue because it has a profit margin to someone. And those someone's, don't think of the lives, they think of how to cash out.
It's really sad and difficult to be in world that operates like this.
So, you are just one person. But your small contribution to the cause, matter. In any simple way, even a prayer.

Katerina thrived in the fact that she hadn't lost her touch, her effect on him, she studied his features, his heartbeat and every other uncontrollable sign of utter devotion that he failed to hide.
Katherine's lips gave a chuckle against his own once she felt his hands trail down her back then giving her a light squeeze. She was swiftly stripped of her shirt and in the tangled mess that they became, she felt the soft mattress beneath her back with Damon hovering on top of her. A moment flashed of the last time he had taken this position on top of her for other reasons than violence. Her fingers gripped at the nape of his neck as she tugged him down, longing for closure.
A smirk dragged the corners of her pink lips upwards; knowing what she knew, Damon's hand on her neck did nothing more than arouse her further. she was aware he knew his threats meant very little after all that took place earlier and she only found that even more amusing.
Even with the choke hold on her neck, Katherine made no move but relax her arms on each side of her head, fully giving herself over, simultaneously daring him to carry on whatever threats and promises he gave. "Are you sure that's what you're mad at and not that confession of eternal love you gave me on your deathbed?" Katherine teased with raised eyebrows.
His head dipped lower and she could feel him lowering her jeans and panties in one swoosh, just in the time she took to rid herself of the black lacy bra trapping her breasts; she was sure Damon would appreciate this contribution once he lifted his eyes to meet hers. Katherine decided not to wait though, she was quick flipping their position, holding his hands on either side of his head with just enough strength to make his release challenging; a favorite move of hers back when he was still human. "I'm sure I can earn your forgiveness though." Katherine provoked with a smirk, slowly lowering her head to plant soft, open-mouthed kissed along his neck, collarbone and shoulders then traced her kisses backwards all the way to his neck, hovering over there, tightly holding onto whatever self restraint she still had while dark veins pumped just under her eyes, she couldn’t but give in, just a little nip at his skin just hard enough to draw a thick drop of crimson blood that she quickly lapped with her tongue, attempting to savor the taste appreciatively. She let go of his hands. Coming back up to meet his gaze in all of her naked glory “I'm sorry, I couldn’t resist, you're just too tasty.” She playfully apologized, she knew it wasn’t that fair since he hadn’t gotten to taste her yet but she couldn’t help her hunger for him, a hunger that needs to be satisfied in more than one way.

Do you perhaps have any suggestions for games one can play to get to know each other better? Tomorrow I'll be hosting a dinner for novices at the student organiation I'm a part of, us mentors are tasked with coming up with such a game each 🗣🎲♣️

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
Wow! You are so productive 💯. Ahahahaaha. I was a laid-back student back then. Btw why not sort them into a few groups and do some activities something like a treasure hunt? Do some quizzes related to basic history about your country or sport- athlete. Ask them to guess the name and their contribution to the country. Add marks if they passed and give them clue to go to the next station. Hehehehe.
Hope it helps, I don't have any ideas actually ☹️

Is there anything interesting going on in your life right now?

ognevstepan’s Profile Photoвишнёвый
There's always something interesting going on in my life. But I consider my most important and interesting activity, my contribution to the development of a future world in which there will be no wars and diseases, there will be no hunger and devastation, where every person on the planet will be able to find their happiness.

Do you believe that being a stay-at-home parent is a “full time job” and contributes to the family as much as a working spouse does?

See how quickly a house falls apart when a stay at home parent stops doing what they do, there's your answer. How much does a cleaner and a cook earn? Is it considered a job? But because it's a parent it's devalued and considered "not real contribution"

How are you spending Earth Day? 🌱

I went with my little group this morning and picked up garbage off the side of the road. . . sorted what could be recycled and we took it to the recycle plant. We had lunch and I came home where I am keeping the air conditioner turned off for the day to make my little contribution to eliminating my carbon footprint 👣. . . I would have loved to plant a tree today but that’s going to have to wait until next week or as soon as possible. . .

What do you think about the Russians?

outsidenowthiswar21’s Profile PhotoXhqjd
Leaving aside the fact of the war, for those who know History, Culture, Art and Science, and know of the enormous and very important contribution the Russians have given in every field of human knowledge, the answer cannot be other than that they are really a great people, of which we could hardly do without. It is without doubt a European people, protagonist of at least a millennium of History, with a History more varied and complex than the American one.🇷🇺

Why do most people struggle nowadays even if they have a job? Back in our grandparents' days, the whole family could live off of the man's income. My late grandfather could support my grandma and their 5 kids, had a house, and a car. And no, he didn't have a fancy highpaid job or anything like that.

Life is a lot more expensive nowadays. Even with giving about 70% roughly of my salary towards food, fuel, the bills, anything else that may crop up etc, it probably only helps my parents a fraction! It may be a higher percentage than that - both my contribution and how much it may hopefully help etc, but with prices collectively rising in every arena, it’s still a struggle, unfortunately. It’s the same for most folk I imagine, regardless of where you are in the world. :)

Doing anything for black history month?

Yes. I am sending a substantial donation to Blacks For Trump just to infuriate the BLM communists and the White "liberals" who still pretend to give a damn about Black people. Maybe I should double my usual contribution for a sizable tax write-off.

Do you think human morality is learned or innate?

GingFreecss755’s Profile PhotoEnigmatic
It's not entirely innate, it depends what we have faced in the life & whether those circumstances have made us empathetic or not🌝👾, + values we learned from our elders and totally imbibing them into our personality ❤️, they can never teach us bad👾😊🎻✨Mostly a person learn values from their surroundings, social groups, and their own thinking also plays a major contribution in developing a sense of morality 👾

Not saying I won't ever do that. That just doesn't seem to be my style though in general. I hate to be blunt, but we've got shoutouts for generic questions... By the way, where's Inks? He came back last holiday season. Do you think he will do the same this year?

thecasualfanrises’s Profile Photocasual fan
Hang on, are you in a holiday season now? What holiday’s that? If you want me to post some gossip, here it goes- Inks fancied himself something rotten. ( From what I recall). I don’t know why you allow him to live in your head rent- free. Gwyneth Paltrow, yes, she’s kind of interesting but Incubus, not really. And that’s my contribution to the cf school of gossip for the month.

paano ba makalimot ng tao?

Sorry naubos yung Tagalog ko for today. Pardon me:
I don't try to forget people, especially those who gave great meaning to my life at one point. I accept that it's very seldom a person is meant to stay in your life for a long time, so you take all you can from that person's presence and when it's time to go you savor your moments with them and figure out what their contribution is to your life. Of course it hurts to lose someone whose company you enjoy, especially if it's someone you love. But by accepting their weight in your life and the gravity of your feelings for them, you allow these feelings to take their course and give them the chance to rise and wane as they will. And then time passes. New people come into your life. You take all the parts of the people you've loved with you as you move forward. Often the hurts become just a blur and you carry only the good things with you. That's why you don't want to completely forget. Look up Lacuna Inc. Watch the movie if you can. I know it's a bit cheesy but it's a lesson that you never want to eliminate a person's presence in your memory because there were a part of you at one point, and erasing them completely means you erase the person you became and the good things that person also brought out in you. No matter the end each person who passes through our lives brings out some good in all of us. We can only be grateful for people's comings and goings. Some people spend their lives never letting anyone in. Imagine all the opportunities for growth, goodness, and love that they missed out on.
