hmm. I dunno. I'm gonna take a break for 1 week and figure out if I want to leave this app or not. Sometimes it just feels so pointless, being here.... 😕 I've been here a bit over a year and this is the 1st time I've seriously considered leaving.
I think the best things about this app are getting good questions/asking good questions. getting to know awesome ppl. good conversations. but there's a lot of rude/creepy ppl and questions. A lot of stupid changes to the app. this app can be addictive and you can easily lose hours if you have a great conversation or you keep scrolling thru everyone's pages. sometimes it feels like a job or a popularity contest... comparing yourself to other ppl and thinking you're not good enough. Or am I not posting enough? ppl post depressing stuff. There's A LOT of depressed ppl here who post a lot of dark stuff which can pull me into the darkness, too.
Sometimes I keep going out then coming back in and still no new notifications. It gets lonely. But on the other hand, sometimes too many ppl talk to you at once and you talk to everyone and suddenly a few hours has passed and I didn't get enough work done.
I think a major problem is my fault, I sometimes spend way too much time here. I use it to escape reality but once I get back to reality I'm behind on everything and I wonder if it was worth it. Like, what am I even doing on this app. It just seems so meaningless. Just answering questions continuously.
But I want you all to know I am really happy I made some amazing friends here. And if I leave I will have to figure out who I still want to keep in touch with and how... sorry about this depressing post... But that's what I'm feeling right now...

the good news is I'm not leaving! well, not completely. the bad news is I will be way less active. I decided that I will only use this app a few times (or at least once) a month. and I dunno which day, it depends on when I'm free or in the mood to come here. it's still possible that I might sometimes be back for a whole week or something. we'll see...... 🤔
I'll miss this app and a lot of great people here sooooo much. but this is something I have to do for myself. despite the bad stuff on this app, I'm so happy it helped me meet so many amazing people/friends!! thanks for everything, everyone!! stay awesome and take care!! ☺️✨✨

A lot of ppl think I'm very nice/sweet... I guess I have the face of a pushover. Lmao. but I can be quite sarcastic, cynical, and cold. Also I'm an alien. 🤣 (True story, when I was little, I hid in the closet on a dark and stormy night... I told my family I'm an alien pretending to be me. The real me has been abducted. Even now they still sometimes joke about me being an alien. Think I already told this story but it's 4 those who r new here! 😝)

Basically, it's a lot of food (not all good either). I like stuffing and mashed potatoes tho... And a lot of annoying relatives. Luckily my family never celebrates it. Xmas is kinda the same, but less food and lots of gifts.

What is your favourite occasion out of Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter and your birthday?

I like my birthday more than any holiday. But this year, feeling kinda blah about it. Getting older... Wishing I was a better person with a better life... Oh well, at least I literally look forever 21. 😝 (Taking a long break from this app again...)

WTF. TOO MUCH RED ALL OVER THIS APP AFTER THE UPDATE. noooooo.😵‍💫 Let us change it to a different color!!! Too much red stresses me out. I delayed updating it but my phone sometimes does it automatically. 🙄

The only change I kinda like is how ppl with no pics now have a bright color icon rather than grey cat with sunglasses... at least it makes it more colorful/cheerful I guess...
