Ah fam, I don't get to flex half as much as I would like - there's always the lads around so it's not worth the ribbing 😂😂
I'm a fan of the classics - Fave day of the week is an hour on the treadmill doing sprint intervals (is it too much cardio, yas. Do I need it for work, also yas, haha!) And then legssss. I always mix some shoulder and back stuff in with legs, but that's just because they're so rewarding to workout, haha! Like I have a hard time with glute and ab growth, but my back is real nice and lean right now, and I'm almost lifting the stack so I'm not giving that up 😂
So the usual squat, jumping squat, prisoner squat, deadlift, lunges, jumping lunges for 45 mins and then 15 mins of abs. I wILL find them, I wiLL.
