Ultimo finito Fable. Sto giocando Fable II. Scopro in estremo ritardo (penso di fatto si possa parlare di retrogaming?) una saga a sprazzi geniale, sicuramente divertente e leggera. Ma di una leggerezza che non è facile costruire a livello di game design e worldbuilding, quindi complimentoni alla defunta casa di sviluppo, il cui nome dimentico. Mi piace molto il fatto che il mondo aperto del secondo capitolo non sia fine a se stesso (della serie "puoi fare robe in giro, ma a nessuno frega davvero"): di ogni azione, impresa, esplorazione, senti il peso, anche morale e reputazionale. Questo elemento per me è fondamentale e, all'epoca in cui già uno Skyrim appariva coinvolgentissimo (oggi mi annoierebbe a morte, temo), per NIENTE scontato. Certo, se parli di Sword&Sorcery videoludica, Dark Souls ha aperto, letteralmente e non, l'abisso agli occhi dei giocatori. Nulla è più come prima e la profondità del gameplay e del level design di un Soulslike serio, questi Fable non potrebbero mai sfiorarla. Ma non è ciò che bisogna richiedere ai titoli in questione, neppure se ci accostiamo ad essi retrospettivamente. Si sa che se guardi a lungo l'abisso, l'abisso guarda dentro di te... ma allora è tanto più liberatorio poter riscoprire la leggerezza di una Fiaba brillante a distanza di tanti anni e lasciare che essa ci restituisca un po' della dignità che la superficie conserva.

It depends. Since I have some issues with my body image I need at least something that covers up my legs and is two or three sizes bigger. Sometimes it's hard to find something good for that because I don't really buy new clothes and everything else is either too old or just not comfortable enough. Because of that I tend to wear the same clothes over and over again. I wash them but there is not really some sort of variety. So when most of my pieces are inside my laundry basket, I am desperately trying to find something that suits my own expectations. So it could either be really difficult or easy. And what I hate the most is wearing something that is suitable for work because my wardrobe is filled with oversized stuff with motives which are not really appropriate for a working space (Skyrim, Joker, Totoro etc.). Maybe I am too strict in that matter but I feel weird if people from work or internships visualize my clothing like that. I don't know. Clothing is just not really my thing. I feel weird and uncomfortable most of the time and try to avoid attention by covering everything up and using neutral colors.

I like to explore everything in detail to a point where I am completely immersed in my surroundings. I remember the time when I first got to play Skyrim. I was always distracted by small quests or caves on my way to the main plot. I like to observe everything more than once. The gaming progress is slower this way but the experience feels so much better without fast-paced movements.

I am also the goofball that takes 100000 screenshots after every step to a point where some friends on Steam commented on the ridiculous amount of pictures I have taken.

I am also really good in intuitive and emotional decision-making when it comes to games like Life Is Strange or Heavy Rain. I have a good sense for my environment.

Forget about my aim. I am an absolute loser, though I had a few high scores in Quake III and Unreal Tournament but Ego Shooters are not really my cup of tea, except for games like Borderlands, BioShock and Fallout: New Vegas.

Sometimes I am good in Beat-Em-Up finishing moves by randomly clicking on my control buttons. xd Buuuut that's not really a talent now, is it?

🌻 What’s the most embarrassing moment that you ever had?
Okay so I get this question a lot lately and it’s a big story, so I’m just gonna write it down here and be done with it once and for all 😂:
On elementary school I had to go to the bathroom one time. Before I went back to class, I wanted to check how I looked, but there were no mirrors inside the restrooms. There was, however, a window in the door towards the restroom in which you can see your reflection. The window was located quite low so you had to duck in order to look through. I duck and I checked how I looked. For some reason I wanted to see what I look like when I wave so I waved flirtatiously at myself lol 🤦🏼‍♀️ little did I know that one of my classmates at that time was standing on the other side seeing me waving. He thought I was waving a him, he thought I was crushing on him and he told the whole class.

Tornare alle serate dei festival è uno dei miei attuali sogni più grandi, pertanto la mia serata ideale è proprio una di quelle: qualche litro di ippocrasso già nel corpo dalla mattina, ubrifattezza generale e totale, una decina di nuovi compagni di serata conosciuti e integrati nel folto gruppo di lerci scalmanati vagabondi, alcol offerto a destra e a manca, nessuno si ricorda il nome di nessuno, c'è l'aria fresca e la musica folk in sottofondo, si magna carne unta e polenta in piedi parlando di skyrim e cantando sigle dei cartoni animati, ora dopo ora la lucidità mentale degrada rovinosamente e come per magia alle 5 di mattina ci si ritrova attorno ad un falò a fare una gara di lunghezza di piscio mangiando fiesta e cetriolini (tratto da una storia vera) parlando di marmotte.
