I'm going to try to read books I haven't read before/books I haven't read for such a long time that I've forgotten basically everything that happened.
im going to try and make weekly vids about it so I can kickstart my booktube channel.
SO MUCH TO DOOO.
I love it.
AND THIS SUMMER IM REDOING MY ROOM.

Ashley have you done those back in the day type of things? I done the old west acitivies before made butter and did things like in the the gold rush. It was so fun!

75 is a humor story I've been thinking of.
here's the summary I wrote down (however crappy it may be):
Mr. Carnes smiled, and I suddenly felt nervous. The man never smiled, so the fact that his lips were turned upward instead of tugged into that seemingly permanent frown of his was a little alarming. “Interesting.”
I blinked. “What?”
“You say that what happened in the past isn’t important because it obviously doesn’t apply to you, right?” When I didn’t answer, Mr. Carnes pushed onward. “Well, Miss McAtee, I have a proposition for you. You want to pass history, right? Well, I want you to grasp the importance of the subject. So how about this? There’s a center two cities over that reenacts certain events in history. This year, they’ll be reenacting the Revolutionary War. There are five others who have already agreed to attend, and they, like you, will receive extra credit in order to help boost their grade.” His teeth flashed and his eyes dared me to refuse his offer. “So, what do you say, Chloe? Do you want to go back to 1775, or are you happy with your grade average?”

Chloe is failing history class. She doesn’t care, but her mother does. Translation? She has to bring her grades up if she doesn’t want to be grounded all summer.
She goes to her history teacher expecting to have to write a report or make some sort of presentation. She doesn’t expect to be shipped off to Ancient History, a center that loves to hold reenactments every year, for a month with five other teens.
A month. For a whole month she can’t watch TV, text, or use a microwave. Not only that, but she has to wear a dress. And she hates dresses almost as much as she hates history.
And, on top of that, she will be expected to fight in the Revolutionary War.
Fun, right? Chloe didn’t think so.

SoulFest is a four day (though I think it might be three days this year) Christian music concert that I go to every year with my family and a friend of my choice c:

You're a good writer. What do you think about Anne's (infatuated) writing? Personally, I think her stories are juvenile and crappy. But she's popular so its not fair

I've never read Anne's work, though I certainly plan on it, and I don't appreciate being sent messages like this about my friends. So please don't message me anymore.

How do you create a short, yet enticing summary for a story?

honestly summaries are not the easiest things for me.
sometimes they come out easily, other times it takes work.
I guess if you want to create a short, yet enticing summary, you need to make sure you've hit all the points you want to hit while wording it so that reader goes, "wow."
sometimes when I'm having difficulties with a summary I make a bullet list for all the information I want in the summary. like character names, basic plot, stuff like that. it really helps.
basically: keep things concise and to the point, but keep in mind all of the information you want to include

well I should hope not, seeing how I'm 17 and never had mine c:
no it's not bad! I know people who didn't have their first kisses until they were in college.

I am going to spam you with questions about NaNoWriMo, beware. How do you prepare for NaNo? Any tips for during NaNo? How do you outline your story or do you not outline?

I am so not the person to go to about preparation xD I'm usually a pantser (meaning I just go in)
When I tried camp nanowrimo the last time, I tried planning things out--character sheets, plot points, whatever--but I ended up getting stuck anyway haha
if you're the type of person who needs things planned out, definitely plan ahead of time. if you're the type of person who can just wing it, go for it xD I tend to do a mixture of the two.
Tips:
- don't let the word count scare you. it is not as bad as it seems. 50,000 is a lot of words, yes, but if you write a little every day (and you can afford to miss a day or two without dying), you will be fine!
- don't switch your story in the middle of the month. I've done it and survived through the month, but it took a LOT of catching up.
-Here is some advice from one of my favorite youtubers of all time! You can also look up her nanowrimo survival kit and all her videos for more tips and advice (I watch her videos for pretty much any writing help I need. she's so amazing)
