Do you plan out your novels? (If so, do you just do a brief outline or do you do in-depth?)

It varies, depending on the novel. Sometimes I dive in without any plan at all, sometimes I have a vague plan but not much after that, sometimes I have a more concrete plan, or sometimes I do full-out planning with world building and the works.
I've tried doing outlines in the past, and continue to try using them today, but I'm just not an outline person. At least, I can't outline every single chapter before I go into the story. I can usually fill out the introduction, inciting incident, climax, and resolution, but, other than that, I typically fill out the outline as I go along.
I also tend to plan my novels WHILE I'm writing them. So even with the novels where I go more in depth, I still start before I have everything figured out. (:

Have you ever changed the name of a main character during a re-write / edit?

YES.
The main character from The Gate has now undergone three name changes. Her name was originally Lauren, it was changed to Faye, and now her name is Amaya. I'm sure the male lead is going to go through a name change as well.
They're the only ones I can think of at the moment, though my main character from Faking Delinquency underwent a surname change.

Do you think it's okay for others to answer questions in YOUR book? [ for example: user 1; asks a question on "Dumb, blond and bimbo" and User2, responds with an answer, even though it isn't their novel ]

How do you deal with plagiarism // people copying your work on Wattpad? :|

First, I check the suspected story to see if it's just a scare or an actual issue. And then, if it turns out to be plagiarism, I message the user and politely tell them to take the copied work down. Usually, the people who copied are willing to either delete the plagiarized work or change what was plagiarized. If that doesn't work for you, report them to Wattpad.

the first thing that popped into my head was jack from a jack in the box wind-up toy that my friends and i found on the ground during middle school

i mean the acting is iffy in some areas, some of the lines are corny, and some of the effects are eh but otherwise i really enjoyed it! :D sO GOOD
