Yeah, I'm trying to lose weight too. before I would exercise in my backyard, but I recently started doing to Zumba sessions. That leaves you EXHAUSTED!!!

haha lol Youtube just played the Hip Hop Abs advertisement right now. and this makes me want to try it again [but i was never really into it to begin with]. I never used the calendar tho. some of the workouts look too hard. x) I used to do Turbo Jam.

I plan on doing this thing called "hip-hop abs" where you pretty much dance your way into losing weight hhah xD it's really great exercise. that and the treadmill. I just watch movies and walk for the whole thing -shrugs- sometimes I try to see how long I can go without collapsing. c': afterward I can barely move because OWWW.
also, my mom and I are seeing how long we can go without pasta because pasta is my life and that is why I'm having such a hard time :p
