What tips do you offer other Wattpad users for creating the best character possible?

(sorry for answering this five days late)
make them have likes, dislikes, flaws, hobbies, quirks, attributes that set them apart from the others in the story. give them a set personality and make it consistent. your character should grow throughout the story, too. have them learn an important lesson that will help them grow as people!
character profiles also really help! you can choose to do a really basic outline or an outline that goes into extreme detail (or somewhere in-between).

I finished choir and we're making plans to go to dinner on tuesday :D I love seeing them it's just a great and refreshing thing when we're all together. I am happy it's so weird I'm smiling and just happy all around. AHH am I crazy?
