Enjoying life itself in the big picture is too great of a task, because it’s impossible to love every minute. Life is hard. I’ve learned to enjoy and appreciate moments, or events, or people, or treasures I collect, or a great meal that I had, etc. That seems more realistic to me

Have you ever had to deal with any kind of customer service? How'd it go? ☎️
My wifi bill went up by $25 a month inexplicably and I need to call in and ask them why and to negotiate it back down. Also my service has been spotty and I get buffering frequently. So it’s a complaint type call which I dread making. And I know I’ll be on hold forever and maybe end up talking to someone in a different country with a thick accent that I will have trouble understanding. For all those reasons, I’m procrastinating lol

Going through airport security with someone well known for always packing lots of unusual snacks in his bag. The gloved security guard unzipped his bag and was about to go through it. The security guard asked him, “is there anything sharp in here?” To which he replied “just the cheddar”.

I'm in a relationship but have a friend who wants more. She got hurt that I didn't abandon my relationship for her. How can I keep her a friend without making her feel like an option or second option? I do like her, but the time is not right and may never be. Sad I may have to let the friend go.
All you can do is be upfront and say that while you don’t see her as a relationship partner now or in the future, you do value her friendship. If she chooses to stay around knowing that, that’s her decision to make.

Something wrong with the way the person is presenting themselves. That’s a wonderful thing to have on a resume.

You listen, repeat back to them what they are saying to summarize and validate their feelings, and hope they do the same to you. Then you compromise, or agree to disagree. It doesn’t have to be a win or lose mindset

You mean cosmetic surgery? No, I think the vast majority just want to be a younger or better version of themselves. The outliers are the ones like Michael Jackson, and I think with people who are unrecognizable from their natural selves, then there’s something going on upstairs

I have a big one coming up this summer but I don’t think I’m going to go. I’d have to fly in, and I’m really not that motivated to see everyone. I feel like I keep up with who I want to on social media.

Yes if I can make it with dark chocolate and coconut oil and make it healthier. I try to stay away from any food that can be advertised to me as a brand.
What instantly ruins a good burger for you?
When it’s over cooked and dry. It’s usually because the person cooking it is pressing down on it with force and all the moisture is pressed out of it. I like mine rare :)

The only time I romantically approached a guy was to ask someone to the turnabout dance in the 9th grade and I almost died of stress lol He said yes but it took years off my life expectancy
