I know exactly how you feel. Even tho my life is great I got nothing to complain about but sometimes I can’t help but feel so empty on the inside. Many many times (before I met my bf) I’ve wanted to drop everything and just go somewhere else and start fresh
I’ve always felt like no one could understand me or the way I think
I’ve always felt alone even tho I have all these friends I could talk to
I’ve always had this sadness that is so deep down and I know it’ll never go away
Being in a comfort zone for too long can make you feel like that
If you’re still young and got nothing to hold you back I suggest you should actually pack your shit and gtfo. You’re one step away from a totally different life. Do exactly what you’re afraid to do and I don’t think you’ll regret at all. You must find the courage to do what you wanna do, find yourself & happiness.
Just close your eyes and imagine/think of what truly makes u happy
Could be so simple, you just haven’t realised yet. One way to a happy life is to practice not compare yourself to anyone (I have never once done that I’m just happy to be me bahahha😆). Just be grateful you can wake up to another day, healthy and another chance to try.
I used to think about dying a lot but trust me if you just keep trying. I promise it won’t be that bad, just try to be a good person in your heart 💓

I think that’s how everyone feels at one point in their life. On the bright side you graduated!! At such a young age there’s just so much to look forward to and plenty of opportunities
Besides trying to looking for a job you should also see if you have any other hobbies. Something you can do to release stress while feeling lost. Time to think about what you are good at and what not, always try to move forward, always learning something new. I think cause you are used to being at uni and now you have all spare time and dunno what to do with it 🤣
I think having a creative hobby is important to keep your mind occupied and not dull. It could potentially be helpful for your future career you never know
In saying allll that, you’re still young just enjoy your youth, do what you want. Travel if you can. Keep balance with everything and don’t rush into anything (esp a relationship haha)

I think I’ve always been unbothered with life on every aspect ever since I was young thank god for that haha (but it’s not always a good thing)
I have a very happy side but also fkn depressing on the inside
I used to be way worse. As you grow older you just learn to live with it pretty much. Everybody’s fighting something you don’t know about and I think it’s true. I take mental health problems seriously so even tho I’m a bitch I try to understand where people are coming from 😂

I think there are 2 types of people in my life
One, they’re just busy living, they have got so much going on with their lives, they have a goal, they have responsibilities, their future. Everyday working towards something, a fast paced life (for some it’s like a slave of their on mind and can never be free). And they usually don’t understand mental health problems lol (don’t have time for it 😂)

Then there’s me (I’ve only met 2 people like me my whole life), very relaxed living in my own bubble, feeling everything a little too deep 😂. I feel like that no one really understands when I talk but to those 2 people it’s an instant connection, they just fucking get it. I don’t even need to try, how amazing is that.
I think there’s more to life than just study, work, get married (because society makes u think u have to) and such. I feel sad some people don’t see that when you’re too busy with life you’re forgetting to actually live, breath and enjoy the moment, appreciate the little things. They think too much and feel too little whereas me I don’t care too much about anything, as long as everyone’s happy and I’m ok it’s all ok haha

One thing I learn is that you should know nothing in this life belongs to you, everything will come and go. Everyone has the same destination. Don’t stress too much, just do your best so you have no regrets. I often think about when I’m old and in my death bed what would I regret NOT doing the most my whole life? And what can I do now to make sure I won’t. I’m lazy and unmotivated as hell so yeah I know there will be many things I wish I did. But I’m only 25 this year sooooo there’s still time to try. It’s never too late! And esp don’t live thinking you have to prove something to somebody/their expectations (it can be good for motivation but not always)
Don’t let other people interfere/make big decisions in your life because you’ll have to live with it forever not them. To be happy you gotta start from within, improve what you don’t like about yourself and change what you don’t like about your surroundings 💪

I obviously (as always) never do any research about what I do to myself and thought it’ll be alright 😭
It was fucking notttt
My eyes are good for both options lasik & prk
Lasik is what most people would get, where they cut the top surface of the eye and create a flap. Fast recovery and almost pain less, can get back to work within a week
I did Prk, so they don’t do the flap but some other shit like scrubbing off the surface instead and then laser idk how to explain it my English isn’t enough for this 😂 (this is the slightly safer option, which is why I picked it). However It takes way longer to recover, 4-6 weeks to see 20/20 and 3 months to completely heal
The procedure itself wasn’t that bad I couldn’t feel most of it. It was just uncomfortable watching your own eyes getting it done and the fkn burnt laser smell omaagafdd
Here comes the fkn night mare the next 4 days (you have to come back to the clinic every day after it for check up, they put on some medical contacts to help your eyes heal)
Day 1 after procedure: all good, feeling uncomfortable, see clearer but not perfect, painful but bearable
Day 2: omfg have you ever slept with contacts on? It’s the most uncomfortable feeling in the world
I kept putting eye drops every 3 second like I could not handle it
Day 3: by now I’ve taken like many panadeine forte and sleeping pills (the clinic provide you with them cause they know what’s coming 😢😩)
I couldn’t even open my eyes it was SO painful. I was just laying in bed 24 hr
Didn’t even fkn move and literally just lay there, a day never felt longer
Couldn’t do anything, didn’t touch my phone at all. Thought I was going blind forever
And it takes at least 2 hrs for me to get to the clinic and go home everyday. Being in the car with bright light, stuck in traffic from east to west on pain killers that made nausea af and getting motion sickness
I started crying out loud in the car lol some people can take out the contacts after 3 days but mine wasn’t healed yet so I had to come back the next day 😔
Day 4: finally got to remove them contacts and my left eye was pretty clear whereas my right eye was full blurry 🤧

Now it’s been nearly 2 weeks, both eyes are about the same I’d say I can see 17-18/20 when it’s clearest
Sometimes clearer sometimes blurry, no pain, but now I can’t see close up clearly as well which is annoying
I always wake up with super dry eyes to the point where I can’t open it without putting eye drops LOL
Can’t watch tv without sunnies
