Because i have dark scars from eczema :( they're awfully noticeable and I'm very self conscious. So yeah...it's been years since i have worn shorts in public

Oh :( that's sad to hear, have you tried to look for ways that would help the scars less noticeable?
And just fkn wear whatever it's not like you want your skin to be like that or anything -.- I reckon everyone should learn to not give a fuck what people think lol

Well I think it is normal and yeah I usually only wear very short high waisted shorts cause it makes my legs look longer LOLOL if you've been to the events you would know how the backs would be like, if girls are confident enough to wear it then let them.
