I can’t remember much but it was pretty fucked up, I was in a toxic relo back then, didnt know what was going on, basically it was like what you described yourself except I couldn’t break up so it was dragging on for ages, I lost heaps of weight and was suicidal/depressed, crazy stuff right cause you can’t really tell by just looking at someone’s profile on the internet 😆
You’re giving up on yourself, it’s fine to not have friends at the moment but you can’t lose yourself, lose your confidence, lose interest in going out and doing things. That’s you trying to build a wall and it’ll be harder and harder to get out of it.
At least you know what you’re doing isn’t good for yourself and asked me for an advice. You should start with writing down 3 things you don’t like about yourself/your life and start to make plans to change. It’ll take ages, but as long as you don’t give up now, trust me life can only get better (especially when you’ve reached rock bottom trueee)
