I naturally lost 1.5kg when I was on holiday (end of year). Honestly don’t know how since I eat like no fkn tomorrow LOL
Then when I came back I was forced to go gym (by gym means walking on treadmill for 30min ahahhahah no lifting or using machines n shit) and take classes and l lost another 1.5kg
Probably haven’t gained any muscles but I don’t like the muscly look anyway
I like the more feminine a bit of a softer but fit look if that makes sense lol
But I recently stopped with the treadmill and only go to class once a week so hopefully I won’t gain back too much 😂 and tbh half of the weight I lost was from my ass and it’s quite upsetting 😢😭

Oh my diet is like the less carbs the better (at least one meal a day without carbs but u know it doesn’t always work 😂)
