i have an 8 week old and im a sahm. i started working out from last week and probably going to get 4-5 days a week fo excercise. about 180-200 min a week. do you think thats good? i have 30 lbs to lose :(

Having an exercise plan and sticking to it is the important part. What you do and the intensity of it is more important than the overall minutes involved.
So many women focus on the lbs lost. Instead, focus in your health and sense of well being. Don’t step on a scale for at least 90 days. Just concentrate on the exercise. Be sure to include strength training. If you have access to some group classes, add those in to mix things up.

I have done karate for 3 years years I am 15 and thinking getting in boxing but my dad said not to get into boxing because I could get brain damage do you agree with my dad or nah?

Boxers have a high risk of CTE. The better you and your opponents become, the greater the risk.
Your dad is offering solid advice.

The left is an OTF double edge blade (World class blades) with serrated and std blade. It has a glass breaker. Next is a standard manual locking blade Schrade. That was the first car knife from my box-o-knives before I bought the auto. There is a compact flashlight 350 Lumen max with white constant/strobe, red, green, blue, and red SOS (Cree made for Gander Mtn, have one for the house too). The Dewalt multi-tool was a gift. Not as good as the Leatherman Blast I use for work.

My old job treated me like crap they bullied me and they fired me for wheh I defended myself i worked in a pub. Now I work in a new pub which got named pub of 2018. The old pub where I worked are struggling apprently money wise. But why don't I feel better now that I work in a better pub?

Change is difficult to adapt to. In time, you’ll get used to your job and like it a bit more.

Your boi has been had: (https://www.google.com/amp/s/abc7news.com/amp/dine-and-dash-dater-pleads-not-guilty-to-multiple-felonies-in-socal/4081145/) Your thoughts?

Hmmm... If a woman did the same thing, would she face those charges? Grand theft? Extortion? Makes it seem like he is some master criminal. What is the legality of people at a dinner restaurant regarding fiscal responsibility? Both people showed up of their own free will.
Did this guy think he could keep doing it without consequences? No matter how much he thought he deserved to “get even with those mean womenfolk,” it does not justify his behavior.
Some of those women were probably hoping to make a real connection and not just out for a free dinner.

What is something you use as a "crutch", as a way to not feel anxious in public? To feel comfortable in your skin? i.e. I personally feel more comfortable wearing sunglasses. Something about showing my eyes to others, feels like I'm revealing too much! lol. *sigh*

I like to wear a cap. It does cover my gray hair.
When you are wearing those shades, are you looking at my bum when I walk by? Hmmmm...? Well, STOP looking at my bum (without at least buying me a soda).

Which two movies would you like to combine into one?

Terminator and Aliens
A T800 battling xenomorphs to save “Newt” who is the savior of humanity.

Have you ever visited a place where it made an emotional impact on you? How did it make you feel?

A memory care facility. It served people in various stages of dementia. The residents were whole individuals with a previous life. In there, they were just fragments of their former selves losing a little more each day.
I’ve been in elderly care places, but this was so different.

I broke up with my ex girlfriend last week because I am moving away to college soon. I heard from her other friend that she has been crying nonstop ever since. I still feel like I care about her, but I could not continue the relationship. Should I try to console her or just let it pass with time?

Some of the words from Hootie and the Blowfish will work here...just let her be.
And just let her cry if the tears fall down like rain
Let her sing if it eases all her pain
Let her go, let her walk right out on me
And if the sun comes up tomorrow, let her be, let her be

You are at this stage in your life when...?

I won’t waste my time standing in line for something (except an event where I already bought a ticket).

Do you believe in love at first sight... on the internet?

It is definitely possible. I had to stop looking at pictures of females who were seeking lifetime companionship. My heart would break when it couldn’t work between us. I will show just one pic, but that’s it. So hard to resist a lady like Lily. She is available currently...

You like hot weather because you are from a hot, desert country. That also figures into your hybrid accent speaking English. It is a combination of your native tongue and the fact you learned British English, not Yankee English. It is noticeable in your speech. You speak better English than some of the people who were born here.
Just say no to more gun restrictions. Don’t listen to the gun-hating media. Gun laws only apply to already law abiding citizens. Cocaine, heroin, and meth are illegal. Are they absent from the streets?

Why are girls always trying to be the boss of hims ?

Once you accept that the woman is in charge of the man-woman relationship, then you will find true understanding.

Hi Neo, thanks for the link on accents. I know i’m a bit rubbish on discerning differences so that kind of thing interests me. On the other question, yes, I meant to say “virtue” signalling. Couldn’t decide whether to ask again or not and laziness won the day.

Ok. That makes more sense.
As for accents, I was in the Netherlands in 2016. A female bartender thought I was from England. I would have thought British and U.S. accents would be different enough to distinguish.
