So, what are some examples of the music some unknown, stealth downloader keeps playing on your devices? After all, you would never have chosen that stuff.
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars NSync - Bye, byeThey just show up in my music feed
A man who does not wear pants (trousers UK). A man who drinks milk from a frozen beer pint glass. A man who does not eat at a table (because I can’t see tv). A man who plays music he would not admit to anyone he likes. A man who takes strategic naps.
According to you, why do people love? Or fall in love?
Humans crave social interactions. It has been shown to improve mental health. Love is just a form of social bonding (an intense form). Romantic love involves a sexual dynamic. It is probably the most powerful (non familial) interaction we have. It is the best and worst. People do amazing things because of it. People also do horrendous things because of it.
I was born in the 80s. So, I remember a little bit of life in the 80s. I remember life before internet, before mobile phones. It was good, but it wasn’t all roses. That’s all I’ll say
Being born in the 80’s in Turkey was different than being born in the US. Were parachute pants and leg warmers popular amongst the young folk? Hmm...?Here is a pic of two fur babies. I was told “Watch them a bit while I clean their mess inside.” Then they decide to eat dirt. WTH?
You have a youthful spirit in your communications. There is no mention of offspring. I figured you were under 30. Then you recently mentioned deciding to carry a bag (purse) like other women do. You’ve gone some 15 years as an adult female yet no purse??? BTW, you need to put actual lady stuff into your bag...it is full of toys/games and you don’t have kids, right? See...youthful spirit
Closer. Example. When young, we often believe we are so smart and know many things, have many bold, educated opinions. As we age collecting more knowledge and wisdom, we realize how little we truly know.
Is it pointless to tell people to "Get out more" given that indoor-oriented activities such as Skyping, video gaming, and Netflixing are considered super cool hobbies these days? Who wants to hang out at a smelly old bar when we can make lots of pals worldwide wearing our pyjamas, right?
I still enjoy going out to a dive pub (if they have good food). Plus, if I ever want female company, I’ll have to leave my residence. It isn’t like I can order a lady partner on Amazon with 2 day delivery...wait *loads Amazon* *makes girlfriend query*Nope. No such option.
Has your significant other ever made you sleep on the couch after an argument? Vice-versa? If so, is this form of "discipline" abuse? Does it work? BQ: if you're single, how do you think you will react the 1st time this happens to you, if it hasn't already?
Is this an actual thing? I’ve gone to the couch just to escape a woman’s awful snoring. I’m sleeping in the bed if I want. If she is upset, she can go to the couch. Plus, the couch isn’t so bad. It is near the A/V system, close to the kitchen, and comfy. I nap on it often.
Have you ever found yourself lost in an unfamiliar city after a weekend party binge? If so, how did you find your way home? BQ: Are weekend binges a form of alcoholism, if you don't drink on weekdays?
Not quite. I have been to a party in an unfamiliar city 30-40 miles away when someone else drove me. I wanted to leave before him. A woman I knew vaguely was headed back. I accepted a ride from her.
Now that our oceans are loaded with pollution like oil, human waste, radiation, pesticides, etc., does the idea of coming across a shark while swimming seem less scary? BQ: have you ever encountered a shark while swimming and/or surfing at the beach? If so, what did you do?
Shark attacks are extremely rare (info from shark week). Even with a shark near, we humans are something very strange to them. We don’t smell like usual prey.
If you were presented with the opportunity to be genuinely happy, with no side effects, until the end of your life, would you take it, or would you choose embracing life as it is still? Why? Thank you. :)))
If I were genuinely happy all the time, then wouldn’t that just become the baseline? I would think there needs to be some sadness/pain to fully appreciate what it is to be happy
Many of us put up our best self to show to the world. This requires energy and thought. When lost, we don’t have the extra energy to do this. Thus, our core being comes out to tackle the problem.
what do i do to make myself happy ? plz advise
This is unique to each person. You can find hobbies/activities you like. Socialize more. Exercise regularly. Play disc golf.
