Placing yourself under the guidance of a good spiritual director is a good plan.
We should use our abilities to test what are strengths and weaknesses are and to what we are best suited.
We should try to see where we can do the greatest good.
We should try to be led by the Holy Spirit.
We must lead good lives striving to get to heaven.
These are some of the things that I can think of but the guide that I am trying to follow is simply to live today as well as I can.

God wants our good and so it would be good for us to seek treatment and pray for healing. Should the treatment fail and our prayers not be answered we should accept God's will and hid plan for us.

I would think there are aspects of the supernatural in Noah's boat ride so I don't see feeding the animals afterwards as a difficulty. Why does God make us like things that aren’t ‘good’ for us like alcohol, cigarettes and drugs?
I think we don't really like things that are not good for us. There are aspects in these things which are good for us and that attracts us. All of these things relax us which is good so long as it does not go to far or cause our body harm. So alcohol or cigarettes used in moderation are fine. Drugs, though, I think we are not allowed to use for this end (without a doctor's prescription) as they are too difficult to control.

God does not do things to confuse us. There is nothing against the faith in believing that dinosaurs existed.
As regards evolution one is free to believe that man's body evolved but one may not believe that man's soul evolved. The soul of Adam and Eve, and every person for that matter, is made directly by God.
This said one is also free to believe that God made the body of Adam and Eve in an instant.
Perhaps one day the Church will rule out one of these possibilities but for now they are both allowed.

The Ten Commandments: “Thou shalt not kill.” Didn’t God order Moses to do a lot of killing? Why did He do this if it violates one of his commandments?
Implicit in this commandment is that one should not kill the innocent. It is not an absolute ban on killing. Thankfully God no longer commands us to kill people for sins which they have committed yet it is still allowed to kill someone in self-defence for example.
Why are their so many conflicting religions?
Man of his own can be very stubborn and our consciences can be warped by sin but we do not only have our own evil inclinations to draw us away from God. Satan, God's enemy is the Father of lies. What better way to draw someone away from the truth than by giving a false alternative.

I do not think God literally made Eve from Adams rib. At the very least I am certain that Eve's soul was made out of nothing by God.
