Hi this is @DylanCodron 25 likes = 50 likes gooo . ♥

Hi, yikes, your account seems to be in French and as the text is in pictures Google Translate won't help. Sorry it will take me too long to translate. :-) God bless you though. :-)

how religious are you compared to people around you?

I suppose I more religious than many people around me, however, many of the people who are around me go to daily Mass and I hope are far more religious than I am.

Why are you mean to Lucas?

Yikes, I did not mean to be mean to Lucas. :-) He asks really great questions, just demanding.

did the police think you were breaking and entering into the house to steal the TV?

No by the time the police arrived there was not an issue any more. The owner had heard the breaking glass and came down to confront me. I then realized everything was okay. He must have phoned the police earlier and they were on their way and arrived shortly thereafter.

Hi Stephen :) What are your thoughts on people using a symbol of torture (the cross) in their worship? God said for people to worship in truth and spirit because God is spirit. (John 4:24) and said not to make graven images. (Isaiah 42:8).

It false to say that the crucifix is such a graven image as God commands that we should not make. You should recall that not all images used in worship are bad. In fact God himself has commanded the use of images in worship on a number of occasions, take Numbers 21:8 for example, "...Yahweh answered him [Moses], 'Make a fiery serpent and put it on a standard. If anyone is bitten and looks at it, he shall live.'" A really dramatic use of an image to heal people.
The cross is an instrument of torture and so a symbol of torture, it is true. We should reflect that we cannot escape the cross, suffering, in our lives. It is through Christ's suffering that we were redeemed and it is through suffering ourselves that we will be saved. Luke 9:23 "Then to all he [Jesus] said, 'If anyone wants to be a follower of mine, let him renounce himself and take up his cross every day and follow me.'"
The cross also is the greatest example of love. John 15:13 "A man can have no greater love than to lay down his life for his friends." Jesus not only being the greatest of men but also God, and we, not really his friends, but his enemies, no love can rival what he has done.
We really must worship in spirit and truth, as you say, and this is one of the reasons why it is so important to find out who Christ is, that he is God; that he founded a Church to teach and guide us, and then, to find this Church, this family, and join it.
God bless you Sophie.

Question 3: What are the five most recent movies you have watched?

Yikes, I am terrible with titles. A Bollywood movie set in London and Cape Town, I thought it was really lovely. Such rich colours, beautiful people, quite beautiful language and movement and gestures of the Indian actors is really quite beautiful and a simple but classic love story. Watched "Chrome and Steel" recently in the Battlestar Galactica series. Found it quite intense. Yikes, can't remember the others. I have been watching quite a few news programs recently.

Question 4: What's an unpopular opinion you have? (if you don't know what it is, google it, please)

That there is an objective truth which we can all recognize by use of our reason.

Question 5: What do you do to relax at the end of a stressful day?

Yikes, I am not really having stressful days. I find I am sleeping and watching TV for relaxation.

What do you do when you don't know the answer?

The answer to questions on ask.fm? Sometimes I will Google but I like to answer from the knowledge I have. I love the idea of exploring by questioning. Very demanding on both parties really.

May I ask why you went to jail?

Sure, I have answered this question a few times. It was for 3 or 4 charges of aggravated assault against a police officer, 1 or resisting arrest and 1 of disturbing the peace. All the charges were dropped thankfully. :-)

Yikes, asking myself this question again due to misreading it: "Question 3: Name one song that never fails to make you happy."

"Happy" by Pharrell Williams is certainly like that at the moment.

Question 1: Have you ever met someone who has completely altered (changed) your way of thinking?

The friend who brought me to the Catholic Church did do that. There was the whole aspect of learning about the amazing love of God for us which is seen in the Catholic Church. This love is really quite overwhelming, like the fact that Christ dwells really present, body, blood, soul and divinity in the tabernacle of every Catholic church, allows himself to be handled by the priest, "obeys" the priest's words at the consecration and becomes really present and allows us to eat his body. This is an overwhelming realization to come to but my friend also showed me such kindness in teaching me about the faith, taking my arguments seriously and not trying to defeat me in argument but rather showing me what God has done and never pressurizing me. He showed me a picture of family life which was very different to me where Christ was the center of the family and the whole of family life was oriented to serving and loving God. As a young married couple he had two children, I think, I cannot recall now but I think I sensed then already the openness to life in his family, to put it more simply he was true to the Church's teaching and did not practice artificial contraception. With the realization of who God was and what he had done throughout history it opened up culture to me. I had read and listened to good music and was studying architecture but I was really cut off from the source of life in all this. I became aware of man as a whole being a family. It was a very beautiful time.

Question 3: Name one song that never fails to make you happy.

Yikes, I remember few songs names and so certainly not songs that don't make me feel happy. When working in the studios studying architecture some guys would play "thrash" heavy metal and after a while that would get a bit much.

Who is your smartest friend?

Quite honestly I am not sure if I have many or any friends but of people who were friends I would say a friend from architecture at varsity.

why do you stay up all night?

I don't know, it sort of has happened naturally. Perhaps part of it is being on Twitter at time the tweeps in the States are on? I am also sort of trying to avoid my parents and kind of withdrawing from society. I don't really know, I am just going with it for the moment. It seems to have helped me with some the anxieties I was having, or like strange stuff I was experiencing.

What do you eat?

I might answered this recently. I am eating tinned food - beans, meat some vegetables, some eggs, bread, a bit of fruit, the occasional vegetable that I cook, a few sweets. I think that about covers it.

What time do you fall asleep and wake up everyday?

Lol, I have got into the habit of staying up all night and going Mass in the morning and then eating and sleeping in the late morning early afternoon.

There is no 'destruction of god'. God is all knowing all seeing and all powerful, in fact we are, currently residing in the breathe of God. God isn't 'out there'. He allows all this to happen. In Hindusim they state that the whole world is merely god at play and he is the wife puller keeping up the+

I am sorry if you are trying to ask a question you will have to reword it. May God bless you!

Show. They believe that this whole universe is a mere dream of God and all the pain we suffer, is in a way almost like a form of cosmic masochism because our true core self (atman ) is never actually harmed. We engage in life because it's makes for a great drama. But after all the curtains come down
