Czy ja wiem, może przerażnie jak golada sie głownie z mama kryminały (super czystych kryminałow nie lubie wole rozmaite motywy w szczegolnosci jak jest tez motyw fantazy, ale taki Castle czy zagadki NCIA - nie wiem czy dobrze napisałam, ale byla tam Abby taka Gotka bardzo przypadły mi do gustu) albo czytam cos gdzie jest motyw "a la kryminał czy tropienie" to samo jak sobie obczajam filmy i seriale z przygód paczki Scoobiego to bywa, ze często połacze fakty szybciej niż powiedzą nam na końcu kto jest sprawcą i o co chodziło. Jednak to jest takie "na oko", jakbym moze praciwała jako śledczy detektyw prawdopodobnie wtedy wiedziałabym najlepiej czy mi wychodzi czy nie.

my kids were in illinois. and have been in illinois. also, abby’s mom lives in nebraska. josh’s mom lives like 4 hours away. the midwife LEAVES after birth. and josh deserves help and rest too.

Co to znaczy "luźna"?
Do głowy przychodzi mi seria Prokurator od Pauliny Świst, kryminały, ale z dobrym humorem, całkiem sporo zabawnych dialogów.
Nicholas Sparks z obyczajówki, na przykład Spójrz na mnie, ale to jest taki typ książek, że ja mogę przeczytać jedną taką na trzydzieści kryminałów, bo zanudziłabym się. To tylko przyjaciel od Abby Jimenez też było chyba całkiem spoko.
Między literami i Beach read, teoretycznie ok, ale też trochę mnie przynudziło.
Michelle Obama Becoming i Adam Kay Będzie bolało, pierwsza to fajna biografia, druga dziennik lekarza.

looks like josh was never happily married. abby got out of a toxic marriage and doesn't want to remarry very soon but josh was speaking to Abby about re-marriage barely a year into his wife's death & shawnie claimes they were "happy". who thinks of remarrying if they lost their love not even a year

yeah i’d say josh wasn’t “happily married”. imagine being a someone less than a year and then them being diagnosed w a terminal illness that completely deteriorated them in less than a few months. imagine going from being a husband and best friend to a full time care taker. going from dinner dates with your wife to her home health nurse. he LOVED shawnie. if he didn’t, he wouldn’t have done those things. he stayed through sickness and in health. he did everything he could for her and the boys. he took in carson as his own. he loved shawnie until the moment she died.
and that’s the thing. shawnie is DEAD. she is gone. she isn’t coming back. for months, even a year, shawnie talked about nothing more than wanting josh to move on and find someone to make him happy. find someone to love the boys. to not be stuck on her forever.
josh had been grieving shawnie before she was even gone. bc he knew what was gonna happen. that is common. he prepared himself. so him not needing YEARS to recover from the trauma of losing his wife is NORMAL. he waited several months and ended up befriending someone who knew his wife and kids. he found comfort in her and then that comfort turned to love.
i honestly cannot think of a better situation for not only him and abby, but for the children as well.
y’all are just WEIRD for finding such a damn issue with it.

i’ve already said shawnie would be okay with it. all she wanted was for josh to move on and be with someone that would love and treat the boys as her own and be a good wife to josh.
i’m gonna sound harsh, but just listen. at this point in life, abby has known carson longer than josh has. and she’s now known josh longer than shawnie ever did.
shawnie and josh weren’t even together a year before the cancer diagnosis. and then he became less her husband and more her full time care giver. shawnie talked about how their relationship was almost nothing more than a patient/caregiver one for over a year.
this isn’t to discredit their love they felt for one another but gxddamn y’all are acting like they were married for 10+ years and the death was sudden and unexpected. these conversations about what came after had been had already. shawnie wanted him to move on.
also can we quit acting like abby is some slvt that pursued a poor de*d girls husband ??? because i can promise you abby wasn’t the one that sought josh out.

Každé má svůj vlastní mozek a osobnost, přece. A s tím můžou mít různou orientaci, jiná oblíbená jídla, sexuální potřeby.
Pokud se nic nezměnilo od posledně, homo a hetero jsou sexuální orientace, bisexualita je sexuální chování. Tedy bisexuální může být jak heterosexuál, tak homosexuál. Zachází se s tím obdobně jako s fetišismem.
Mám zajímavější otázky. :) Představil jsem si asi ten nejznámější případ Abby a Brittany a v souvislosti s tím:
Když porod probíhá kolem půlnoci - a jedno siamské dvojče hlavičkou "vykoukne" před půlnocí a druhé po půlnoci, tedy druhý den, v den narozenin kterého dvojčete mohou mít pohlavní styk, nabýt řidičák, pít alkohol, kouřit?
Právní řády toto většinou zaokrouhlují na den - tedy pro každé dítě bude právně relevantní jiný den. Ale ve chvíli, kdy mají spojená těla, akt jednoho současně ovlivňuje tělo druhého, aniž by se ten musel jednání aktivně účastnit. Bylo by to například podání alkoholu dítěti? (Tohle by praxe vyřešila zásadou oportunity - přimhouřením oka, ale v teorii je to těžko řešitelný problém.)
A když jedno siamské dvojče spáchá trestný čin, rozšiřuje se trestní odpovědnost (hmotněprávní) i na dvojče? Což by odporovalo zásadám trestního práva snad ve všech moderních zemích? A jak by pak mohl být vykonán například trest odnětí svobody?
Stejně tak zavazuje občanskoprávní jednání obě dvojčata solidárně, když vůli má každé svou vlastní, ale projev vůle alespoň některými způsoby - např. stvrzení smlouvy podpisem, (asi?) musejí sdílet? A co když se jedno dvojče výslovně odmítne zavázat? Obecně bude soukromé právo pružnější, ale i tak mohou nastat situace, které by byly v praxi absolutně neřešitelné.
A takových otázek se dá najít bezpočet. Bylo by těžké najít právní otázku, kde by tahle problematika byla naprosto jednoznačná. K překvapení laiků by bylo méně problémů u dědictví. Smrt je vázána na smrt kmene mozkového - je pro mě nepředstavitelné, že ten by siamská dvojčata sdílela - proberu s kamarádem neurologem. :)
