The thing with smartness is that if you look at it from evolution's point of view it basically depends on the surrounding environment. What matters the most is the ability to adapt and this defines smartness, so you can't compare so generally.
I see your point. But compare hyenas and cheetas for example, the live in similar environments but many would argue cheetas are better. But I do agree, the environment is a huge factor in the Theory of Evolution and how well the animal adapts. Survival is the important thing.

This is the weirdest coincidence because I too have a black belt in Shotokan... But I also learn a lot of different stuff by myself and like with friends. I learn how to use melee weapons and such. Damn we should make a squad with that other person lol.

Woah, talk about coincidences! Good luck with your endeavour, young grasshopper. Unofficial lessons are the best. I had my English teacher teach me some kickboxing moves once. Never took it past that tho. Thanks! Got my 1st degree when I was 12, then switched to Judo. I take it 1 art at a time too:D
I thank thee. Agreed! she told me to never use it on anyone though and my current Karate teacher is my history teacher xD and in order to teach me "reflexes" I get jump attacks at least once a day. Well have fun with Judo :D. Martial arts is practically synoymous with badassery.

Haha wow seems like a happening week. My week was so bad haha. Butttt today turned out to be an awesome day - nothing good happened but not as bad as the other days haha. I have just been so busy with lectures and tutorials :(
You poor thing. I hate lectures with a burning passion, so in order for me to not fall asleep I ask questions. No matter ho stupid, infuriating the lecturer has its perks. They tell you to go out xD but good luck man, push through!
