In Louisiana, 126,000 people are homeless because of the flooding. The presidential candidates have came here telling how they are going to help us. But in a 3 week period, the sole result of all that government help, has been to bring in one trailer. Will it hold 126,000 people. Your thoughts

Wow. One trailer? After 3 weeks? That's bullshit at it's finest. Why couldn't the goverment issue you out tents? One trailer to house 126,000 people is ridiculous. It's not their fault they lost their homes to a flood. But then again the government will argue that it's not their fault either. Which is true, but it's their job to look after the well being of people in the country. I mean can you imagine waiting for 3 weeks, each day your hope is being built up only for it to be crushed and burned at the sight of a single trailer? What the hell. However I am sure that 126,000 people have friends and family in the states that they can go to. In which case the government should have hired buses and drove them there. Just getting them a single trailer is bullshit.

Do you think protesting is effective? And if not, what are other alternatives?

It solely depends on country, cause, and the number of people.
I will take about political protests. Literally only one word comes into my head when I think of them: ugly. It's absolutely abhorrent what people have to go through because a single person can't rule their country correctly. But as we all know, a story has more than one side. One would argue that "why did people vote for him/her if they knew this was going to happen?" Which is stupid. I see where you are coming from, but it makes no sense, those who voted for someone put their trust that they will do a good job to provide the country with it's needs and more. Take the numerous instances we have had in the Middle East. Presidents blatantly refusing to step down just to keep their dignity, or what's left of it. And that is where human nature comes into play. The more someone tells us we can't do something, this switch flips in our brains that practically screams "PROVE THEM WRONG" "THEY CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT TO DO." The reason I believe this happens is because we all want to feel valued, feel like we are put on a pedestal, and the moment someone tries to knock you down, you try to superglue yourself. Which is why I think political protests are very ineffective. Yes people must voice out their thoughts and concerns about their leaders, this should be a rule in every country. Leaders on the other hand should understand what they are talking about, what they are promising. It's just so amusing to me that the more we grow up, the more the value of honesty decreases, especially in crucial situations.
Now for the alternatives, every single damn country needs a select group of professionals, can be chosen by the president him/herself that analyze and better the leader. A king's advisory for example and as soon as they feel that the president is not doing a good job, a vote should be cast to see if the people agree, then take them down and either vote or place someone new.
I am aware that my suggestion could potentially cause a whole new wave of mishap, betrayals and lies, but if politicians could just stick their heads out of their asses once every blue moon we wouldn't have so many problems.
Thank you.

Do you manage your time carefully and set your priorities with productivity strategies like the Eisenhower Matrix, or do you "go with the flow"? Why?

I manage my time. Even me "wasting" time is part of my plan. And on the rare ocassions that I do "go with the flow" I remember to use my time wisely. To me its a precious, precious thing. I will admit that before I used to be a hardcore procrastinator that didn't care, but due to certain circumstances that dramatically changed. At the end of the day I want to go to sleep knowing I did something useful, something meaningful, that I didn't throw away my time, a luxury I am thankfully given. Make the best out of everything, it's 16 hours (minus the 8 hours where I am asleep) and believe it or not, to me that is really short. Hence why I plan.

Which activities or hobbies make you lose track of time?

Writing and reading, I have recently foubd that the moment I put pen to paper the outside world just dissolves away.

What product or service do you think is ridiculously overpriced?

Therapy. Like I came to get help from you and you just sit there like "yep, hmmm, OK, that's $300 plus tax" Like gee thanks you turd bucket my problems are solved.

What's one etiquette custom you wish people would pay more attention to?

Put your phone away if you're out with friends. Seriously, if you have phone calls every 5 minutes then you probably shouldn't have gone out. We need to learn how to interact with humans again, it's getting ridiculous.

What's one etiquette custom you hate being expected to follow?

Diplomacy. Now hang on, I don't like being rude, I hate being rude so damn much but in our society today everyone says things so damn nicely that the other party misunderstands creating a buttload of drama. I am really blunt and if someone asks for my opinion I am going to say it how it is, no point in sugar coating, I am firm believer in the band aid effect. I see diplomacy as "salt and lemon in the wound".

What is under your bed?

Lets see: dust... a sock... that one guy I killed because he interuptted my sentence... an old box... and my sister's toys that she couldn't store under her own bed... ya know the usual.

Why do people lie?

Because they're tired.
Oh wow I just realized that answer can be used for both lyibg in a horizontal position and actuall lying.... ich bin ein genie I swear.

Where do you meet new people?

Outside. The ghosts are nice but they walk... well hover, into walls way too much. And they always say "Boo" instead of hello which gets annoying sometimes.
